They became my mortgage servicer on 11.7.22 I called on the 8th to get an account number. My previous bank sent me 3 letters leading up to this change to let me know. TIAA and loan care did not send me ANYTHING until 11.15.22 after I called. The reason I called on the 8th of November was to assure my county taxes will be paid. The most despicable company. How is this company even allowed to do business? It's really mind-boggling. What all these reviews are saying is true. I filed an official complaint with the FTC. Please do not do business with these people. It's impossible to communicate with them like a normal service-oriented bank. Our home was destroyed here in FL during Hurrican Ian. My husband was a contractor his entire life and we have been working daily since September 28 to restore it and it looks better than when we first bought it. LoanCare sent an inspector to our home on Jan 24th. He approved all work done. LoanCare passed our inspection yesterday and said we were on our way to receiving our claim funds. I want to give less than 1 star. We didn't get a choice with this company since they bought out our loan from our original lender. This company LOST our October payment to our original company, resulting in us having to make 2 payments in a month. Trying to get this resolved has only resulted in me doing more work than them. Expect to get dragged along, lied to, and false promises made. It's been over a month and we're getting dragged through waiting on different departments to resolve and issue that this company caused.

Soooo frustrated with this company. I have called multiple times to get an escrow payment moved to the appropriate account. These people don't know how to manage an escrow account. They have me owing 7500 in escrow shortages. I can't delete my escrow account until the shortage is paid, but I can't get the misapplied payment moved. I've spent hours on the phone. I would give them nothing , they are practicing illegal practices . They are holding mortgage payments that are made on time every month claiming they don’t get them to illegally charge late fees and interest . They should all go to jail for stealing , a bunch of dirty crooks they are , I am looking for a class action suit soon against these people .

LoanCare sent me my escrow overage check and it was returned when I tried to deposit it into my bank account. This was over a month ago. Each time I call they have a different story. I am concerned as well since they do not show these funds still in my account under escrow nor do they have documentation of the check bouncing they sent me. This is my money and they sent it back to me and it bounced.

This company is an absolute nightmare! Run away as fast as you can and never look back! I had a great mortgage company that, unfortunately, sold my mortgage to LoanCare. I have been out of forbearance, caught up on my loan, and paying my full monthly payment for over a year now and Loan Care STILL has my account in a forbearance tagged to it so that I am completely unable to make payments using the online or phone automated system!
