I would give them nothing , they are practicing illegal practices . They are holding mortgage payments that are made on time every month claiming they don’t get them to illegally charge late fees and interest . They should all go to jail for stealing , a bunch of dirty crooks they are , I am looking for a class action suit soon against these people .

LoanCare sent me my escrow overage check and it was returned when I tried to deposit it into my bank account. This was over a month ago. Each time I call they have a different story. I am concerned as well since they do not show these funds still in my account under escrow nor do they have documentation of the check bouncing they sent me. This is my money and they sent it back to me and it bounced.

This company is an absolute nightmare! Run away as fast as you can and never look back! I had a great mortgage company that, unfortunately, sold my mortgage to LoanCare. I have been out of forbearance, caught up on my loan, and paying my full monthly payment for over a year now and Loan Care STILL has my account in a forbearance tagged to it so that I am completely unable to make payments using the online or phone automated system! loancare is a,scam worst mortage holder out there they svam you out of your escrow account then lie about worst service ever
Loan Care is the absolute worst loan company I have ever dealt with in my life. They should NOT be allowed to buy mortgages from other lenders period! They purchased my loan in Oct and on my fixed 30yr mortgage they doubled everything.. my interest rate my payment and even how much I bought the house for! It took 2 months just to get some of that fixed. They also have done 2 escrow account analysis and sent me a refund check that I never should have got and now after paying back what was need they show me as a negative amoun... read more

LoanCare was the worst financial institution I ever dealt with. They can NOT add, subtract, multiply, or divide. I sent a payment with a principal only payment included that was "so close to a regular payment" that this is what LoanCare staff did with said principal payment. I feel this loan servicer scams mortgage consumers (homeowners), by applying unknown fees and charges to my monthly mortgage statements. They will not offer mortgage assistance with Modifications and/or Forbearances that are related to Covid-19. I am disgusted with this shady Loan Servicer.
I have been trying to pay my mortgage online for the past 3 days now! The site doesn’t even load! I am currently traveling ans not able to call. I had to Google an email to customer service but after sending the email I have received an automated response that email address is not monitored and to use another email. Terrible. Paid my mortgage, got an email confirmation that my payment had been maid, then got a notice 30 day later saying it was late! affected my credit immensely and now have a 30 day late payment history. Not very happy they never actually tried to withdraw my payment and just wanted the extra fees.
