Really bad mortgage company. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone to speak to. I processed a recast that they delayed over 45 days, then miscommunicated the expectations and new payment schedule. Once I was able to get through to customer care, they could not have cared less and over a week to respond that there is nothing they can do even though they communicated incorrect and inaccurate information.
Worst mortgage company ever. I have 4 houses and no problems with mortgage payments on other houses ever. But somehow, despite payment all mortgages on time and even sending in extra payments, this company is constantly charging me a late payments. Constantly getting automatic calls to call them. Can't speak to a live person. I wrote to the company and sent them copies of my bank statements with my weekly payments and never heard back from them. I'm in the process of pulling equity out of my home to make home improvements and pay down debt, and I needed to get a form authorized from LoanCare. After two weeks of seeking help from customer service, no one has been able to help or even takes the time to review the form. We were approved for Forbearance and were told it would not be on our credit report. We are trying to get a loan for medical expenses and it shows our mortgage was 180 days late! The mortgage was paid back and we received a letter of satisfaction. You can try and try to contact these people, hours on hold. One person said oh sure we will get that removed. Wow! reading all the reviews here is making me very uneasy knowing I currently have three mortgage loans with LoanCare, LLC. I have been struggling for weeks now to get money issued back to me from a **** insurance claim check that was mailed to them a month ago. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER! WORST PART OF LOSSING MY FATHER. No estate department! My father passed *** it took 6 weeks to verify me to speak on his account. Literally worst provider! Their website is garbage, their phone system is garbage and their customer service agents are garbage. Website says "send us a message" well you can't find the message portal to. Calling them.. oh that'll take you over 20mins to filter through all their repetitive props and when you finally talk to a live person you get zero help. Telemarketers offer better customer service!

This company is a HORRIBLE loan servicing company! I have been trying to get my name changed on my loan due to marriage for a year. I have submitted documentation a few times. Every time I called about it, no one could find the documents. When I finally got to a person that could see the documents, I was told I needed additional information.
