I want to give less than 1 star. We didn't get a choice with this company since they bought out our loan from our original lender. This company LOST our October payment to our original company, resulting in us having to make 2 payments in a month. Trying to get this resolved has only resulted in me doing more work than them. Expect to get dragged along, lied to, and false promises made. It's been over a month and we're getting dragged through waiting on different departments to resolve and issue that this company caused.

Soooo frustrated with this company. I have called multiple times to get an escrow payment moved to the appropriate account. These people don't know how to manage an escrow account. They have me owing 7500 in escrow shortages. I can't delete my escrow account until the shortage is paid, but I can't get the misapplied payment moved. I've spent hours on the phone. The supervisor never calls me back. I just got out of forbearance and did a loan modification to get my monthly payment lowered. Now it is $700 higher. xxx? I'm going... read more

Disabled veteran that has bought and sold a few houses.I originally sold my house through 21st and they were great but they sold the account a few months later.Ill have to say the worst,most inconvenient company I've ever worked with.Ive done everything right have all my bills taken out of my account so the bill is paid on time every month have insurance also.first year they tried to say I had no insurance by contacting me and worrying me even thought that 2 is deducted from my payment. I would give them nothing , they are practicing illegal practices . They are holding mortgage payments that are made on time every month claiming they don’t get them to illegally charge late fees and interest . They should all go to jail for stealing , a bunch of dirty crooks they are , I am looking for a class action suit soon against these people .

LoanCare sent me my escrow overage check and it was returned when I tried to deposit it into my bank account. This was over a month ago. Each time I call they have a different story. I am concerned as well since they do not show these funds still in my account under escrow nor do they have documentation of the check bouncing they sent me. This is my money and they sent it back to me and it bounced.

This company is an absolute nightmare! Run away as fast as you can and never look back! I had a great mortgage company that, unfortunately, sold my mortgage to LoanCare. I have been out of forbearance, caught up on my loan, and paying my full monthly payment for over a year now and Loan Care STILL has my account in a forbearance tagged to it so that I am completely unable to make payments using the online or phone automated system! Loan Care is the absolute worst loan company I have ever dealt with in my life. They should NOT be allowed to buy mortgages from other lenders period! They purchased my loan in Oct and on my fixed 30yr mortgage they doubled everything.. my interest rate my payment and even how much I bought the house for! It took 2 months just to get some of that fixed. They also have done 2 escrow account analysis and sent me a refund check that I never should have got and now after paying back what was need they show me as a negative amoun... read more

LoanCare was the worst financial institution I ever dealt with. They can NOT add, subtract, multiply, or divide. I sent a payment with a principal only payment included that was "so close to a regular payment" that this is what LoanCare staff did with said principal payment. It only took this company 4 months to completely mess-up the esgrow, principal only, and the flood insurance for my mortgage. Worst mortgage company in the United States.
