I'd give ZERO stars if I could. So many shady, deceitful things this company has done with my home loan....predatory practices and TERRIBLE customer service. RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THEM!!!!!

This is the worse company ever. Mortgage payments were paid on TIME and they are adding late fees and they say that they are getting checks returned. I sent proof of payment and that they took the money out of the bank and they have NOT responded and it's been almost 3 weeks!! In the meantime, my credit score went down 100 points because of they are inept! Talking to customer service is a waste of time as they don't know what they are doing either. 4 hud liens placed on a property and no one wants to help sort out the issue. One member of the "leadership" team named Daniel was extremely rude and unprofessional stating there were discharges that weren't actually there, dogs barking in the background the whole conversation, and when he was done trying to help me told me he had to go and couldn't continue talking to me. Worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with!
Worst Mortgage Company!! They need to be investigated!! Currently dealing with, a HUGE increase in my monthly mortgage payment. I mean in the amount of $1,500 more a month, because of an escrow shortage?!?! Found out it's mostly due to them taking money out for home owners insurance and never paying it!! On September 6th I called LoanCare LLC to inform them that I would be sending in a total payment of $1,800. My loan did have three payments past due at the time, the employee of LoanCare LLC did tell me that the $1,800 payment would cover two monthly payments and would be accepted. I instructed that I would be sending the payment by my credit Union's bill pay service and they made note of it. I noticed on September 13th that the payment was redirected back to me. The website is actually useless and hard to navigate. The customer service representatives are not at all friendly; if you can even get a hold of them. Their automated phone service is garbage, as you have to navigate through a seemingly endless amount of automated options, then even when they say the wait is 5 min, I have ended up waiting 45 min. Really bad mortgage company. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone to speak to. I processed a recast that they delayed over 45 days, then miscommunicated the expectations and new payment schedule. Once I was able to get through to customer care, they could not have cared less and over a week to respond that there is nothing they can do even though they communicated incorrect and inaccurate information.
Worst mortgage company ever. I have 4 houses and no problems with mortgage payments on other houses ever. But somehow, despite payment all mortgages on time and even sending in extra payments, this company is constantly charging me a late payments. Constantly getting automatic calls to call them. I'm in the process of pulling equity out of my home to make home improvements and pay down debt, and I needed to get a form authorized from LoanCare. After two weeks of seeking help from customer service, no one has been able to help or even takes the time to review the form.
