This is a terrible fraudulent company. Don't use!!! Very poor lying customer service. They try to trick you out of your mortgage. Especially now. They won't explain what money they want from you. Escrow went up they put spreadout with wrong total amount. Put complaint in with **** ******** Now probably need a lawyer. I won't lose my home. Lost my mom through this, and they take months to get the wrong papers to you. Thank God the government can be a intermediary. Stay far away from here. Terrible customer service. Statements are never accurate and you never get the same answer twice. Payments dont get applied properly. This company needs to be seriously investigated for fraud

LoanCare LLC has very poor customer service. We had some extra my money and decided to pay 2 mortgage payments (automated service). We called a couple days later to make sure our payment went through. We were told that only one payment did and that the other payment was put into an impound account. We asked why and we were told it was a mistake and that it would be taken care of. We waited a few days and decided to verify that this had been taken care of. Look, the customer service is fine. But getting ahold of them is impossible when you have an issue. Their automated phone assistant doesn't work or it ignores your request. I just want to pay a accidental missed payment. It's almost as if they want me to lose my house over something stupid. Watch out for these guys.

I found that Loan Care does not services their customers well. Every year in the last 3 years being with Laon Care...issues. Customer Service is not helpful or knowledgeable. Just disappointed!!

Loancare LLC are absolute crooks. We have been waiting for 2 months to get insurance payment released for a full roof replacement that has already been completed. They refuse to even release a partial payment. We have submmitted the documents multiple times and each time the Call Center employee gives a different reason as to why the document wasn't accepted. Today they tried to argue with us that the Waiver of Lien wasn't a 2 page document, despite the fact it is downloaded directly from their website as a TWO PAGE DOCUMENT... read more

Having the same issue as Terrence ** some sort of false report sent to the credit bureaus and our credit dropped like 70 points WHILE we're trying to refinance!!

Horrible customer service. Called repeatedly and was left on hold for 30+ minutes each time. Eventually the music stopped and the call never disconnected nor did anyone pick up. I called in reference to a false report that was issued to the credit bureau. I received an email stating a response had been reached several weeks after my credit dispute. I would give 0 stars if I could. My wife and had our payment go up ***** We called before our payment was due and asked for other options. We followed every step and were told that our payment would not be late since we had contacted them. We have been apparently lied to by multiple agents and the supervisor, Daniel, was a complete ****.
