Loancare serviced my loan from ****** Financial. From the time they began servicing my loan, they mishandled a loan modification nearly resulting in foreclosure on my home, ******* up my payment history to not accurately reflect on time payments on my account, and then didn't file appropriate paperwork with the **** which, without a lot of phone calls from me to ***** would have delayed the sale of my property. These people are some of the most negligent loan servicers I've ever dealt with.

This company employs the most gheto and disrespectful employees that exhibit no care for how they treat their customers to maintain good business. My insurance company sent proof of my insurance to their fax on my behalf and the company still sent me an additional letter demanding proof of insurance. I again sent proof through email and tried to call to confirm receipt to ensure I do not receive fraudulent insurance purchase only to have a rude employee hang up on my after I requested to speak to so someone higher up because... read more

The worst company! They screw up EVERYTHING! Trying loan modification, submitted paper work FOUR times and then only got some action after a phone call. Recieved paperwork that still had my deceased spouse's name on it (sent them a death certificate in 2017!). Now, I've received THREE sets 9f corrected paperwork and I get a phone message EVERY DAY TO CALL. Early this year I refinanced my mortgage which was then promptly sold to LoanCare for servicing. Shortly after our 3rd payment, I noticed that the unpaid principal balance increased back to the original amount and our escrow balance was reduced to zero. I noticed online that LoanCare reversed all of my payments including escrow without notifying me. I was told by a LoanCare Representative that my loan modification plan has been approved on March 16 2022 and my new payment was ******* She said that I could make my first payment under the loan modification agreement right then on the phone and I made that payment. Now they're saying that that first payment didn't apply to my first payment because that LoanCare representative didn't have the authority to take that payment and apply it to my first payment under the loan modification agreement. CAUTION!!!CAUTION!! These people have lost 22 months of payments from my elderly father. No letter of notice. They are giving him a week to pay ******* by Friday or they take the home. Funny enough the taxes have been paid by them the last 2 years. Honest mistake? Or to keep the state from getting their future takeover?? CAUTION!!!CAUTION!!!CAUTION!!! THEY LOST 22 mortgage payments and are giving a week before they take the home!! Will update as days unfold. BE SAFE CAUTION!!!!

Don't walk away from this company. RUN! No matter what it takes. You will get no where talking to someone on the phone. They stick to a script they read and never deviate from it. After asking an endless amount of times to speak to a manager no less than 11 times they won't put you through to one. The company is unreasonable. My bank manager (who they also hung up on) spoke to them on my behalf trying to reason with them and make them understand the problem. Please DO NOT trust LoanCare! I am now in year TWO of trying to fix the mess ups they have caused. They have ruined all of the effort I have put in and are ruining my credit score. PLEASE search for a reputable company. I wish I had known that before my loan was transferred to them due to a mistake by my 1st loan originator! They wlll ruin all of the effort you have put in to your loan and your credit score.

They messed up my escrow and now have raised my payment by ***** Escrow was optional with my loan, I voluntarily requested it, and they refuse to close the escrow. I have paid back the escrow advance that they gave me- I do not owe them anything. I have plenty of equity in my house, and have been current with payments since obtaining my mortgage. I am dealing with medical stuff and can not afford the additional amount they want as a "cushion" in the escrow. I want to pay my own taxes and insurance.
