I received a preforclosure notice in the mail after being unaware my payment had increased, but had seen the error of having shorted the payment and paid the remaining balance to become current, which had been only a matter of 2 weeks from initial payment to paying the remaining balance. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you have anyway to avoid this company, do it. Run, do not walk away. Pay more upfront, move to another city with other options, literally whatever it takes to avoid them. It is worth it in the long run. Truly, without exaggeration the worst experience with a company ever. Called last week pass thru 4 different people two of them was very rude, sarcastic and don't really helpful.. I was doing question trying to understand my options thru partial claim never process since March 2021.. at the end they hang me up the phone because I don't understand the process and options.. what's the point to send me a letter with specific name on it telling me you can contact me if the real person never talk to us thru the phone. loan care did the same to me and I call all the time and get lie to ever time never can talk to the same people send paperwork in then when I think I am good just to find out they need the same paperwork again this is the worst mortgage company I ever deal with.

Just tried to get final payoff amount. Not available on website. Would not give to me over phone. Said would email it. I ask to speak to supervisor. Supervisor never called back. Did not get an email. Called again next day. This person got email resent. Yeah. Then tried to make final payment on website and would not let me. No message as to why not. Called again. This is the worst mortage company I've ever had to deal with. Twice my loan was sold to them and twice they "reviewed" my escrow amount and caused my payment to almost double for several months. Their customer service reps are disrespectful and condescending when it comes to working you through an issue of ********* of dollars on your payment. They offer no solutions when there is an error, just "it'll be recalculated in the payment 60 days from now," and expect you to make double payments until then. If you have to deal wit... read more

I was explicitly told to pay on my account on the March 1st...Confirmed with my rep (actually is noted in their system) ,,,,, Next thing I know ..bam next statement says. Im late...
