loan care did the same to me and I call all the time and get lie to ever time never can talk to the same people send paperwork in then when I think I am good just to find out they need the same paperwork again this is the worst mortgage company I ever deal with.

Just tried to get final payoff amount. Not available on website. Would not give to me over phone. Said would email it. I ask to speak to supervisor. Supervisor never called back. Did not get an email. Called again next day. This person got email resent. Yeah. Then tried to make final payment on website and would not let me. No message as to why not. Called again. This is the worst mortage company I've ever had to deal with. Twice my loan was sold to them and twice they "reviewed" my escrow amount and caused my payment to almost double for several months. Their customer service reps are disrespectful and condescending when it comes to working you through an issue of ********* of dollars on your payment. I was explicitly told to pay on my account on the March 1st...Confirmed with my rep (actually is noted in their system) ,,,,, Next thing I know ..bam next statement says. Im late... We just helped our daughter refinance her loan and began our relationship with a company called ****** and ****** in Denver, Colorado. Their Management head, Joe ******* was gracious and helpful, assuring us in the beginning our loan would not be sold. Of course, as we came to realize, they sold all their loans to another "sub servicing" company. In our case it was a company called LoanCare. Dealing with hardship during 2020 Covid 19 I had to do a forbearance plan. Once life was returned to normal I tried to settle the forbearance. I initially tried to get everything back in order in feb. 21, only to find out that they never paid my renewal for Home insurance and was trying to put me on theirs which was double the cost. I have been trying for 2 hours to speak to the "right person" and keep getting bounced around. I have been paying extra monies towards my principal each month. Loancare has, rather than apply the payment towards principal as I have checked off each month, been paying it towards a future payment. What this does is ensure that they get full interest in the future rather than contracting the interest due to my overpayment towards the principal. This is fraud.
