They are the worst servicer with whom I have ever worked. I have worked with 25 or 30 if them over 47 years. They reported me 9 month late on 3 mortgages, dropping my score *** points. Over 6 months we worked to fix it. Finally they told me it was totally fixed. They said they could not do anything about Sept, since I truly was 90 days late. We had a water leak in our house and lucky we had the funds to have the leak repaired. We sent them our insurance check to endorse and send back, but instead they advised that they will send us 3 payments and we have to have two inspections. They will only slow mail the payments to you and can take up to 1 week to schedule the inspection. We have been in the process for 2 weeks and still have not received our initial check. This company should not be allowed to do business. I received loan modification papers last September which were signed, notarized and recorded in the State I live in. Two months later I receive another set of modified loan documents with an increased monthly payment amount and increased total loan amount. This company is the worse company to work with. I have been helping my mother for months get her paperwork in order, we send the minute they ask. Then she receives notification they never received it she calls and they say "oh yeah we see it here". Clearly no Communication or competence. My mortgage was sold or transferred to a new company . I made my February mortgage payment and received my confirmation from loancare . Went to pay March with new company , said I was behind a month , thought maybe it would catch up after the transfer to new company. Come to find out that they didn't transfer the payment for February . Not a professional company .

This company violates Federal law! Not only have they internally "cancelled" my mortgage draft automatic payments in the past without my permission or initiation, without reasonable explanation for doing so, but I was just informed yesterday they transferred my loan servicing to another company and did NOT notify me of intention to do so. Federal law requires that the servicer notify no less than 15 days before doing so! I only found out as my auto draft was not taken on the first of the month and I had to call in. Just received documents on a property I never owned. They sent me default and foreclosure papers. What a fraud. When you call, you can't speak to anyone unless you provide your social security number. The staff needs to be in jail.

This is the absolute worst loan company I have ever encountered. My insurance released a loss check that is being monitored by loan care. I have to pay the contractors out of pocket then loan care takes 2 months to reimburse after requesting my money multiple times. I do not recommend

Loancare calls me multiple times stating I did not make my payment plus emails. I had a confirmation from loancare stating that I made my payment but they are still harassing me. My loan was sold to these people too. I would refinance if it did not cost me anything. I am ** and never experienced anything like this and I have had six mortgages.
