No help with customer service or escalations team. Then refuse to send you to someone higher up.

The worst company EVER!!! Tried doing a refi on a loan they already owned and had for years. They were requiring us to provide documents that had zero bearings on our loan such as my husband's full and complete ***** ****** from 15 years ago. They kept asking for stuff that was already shown on our credit report as paid off. Needless to say we elsewhere. They also wouldn't give us a copy of our credit report. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

My mortgage was sold to LoanCare almost a year ago and I have had a terrible experience with them. I have had multiple issues over the past year: First, they repeatedly contacted me stating that I did not have insurance on the property, and stating they were going to purchase insurance on my behalf. LoanCare is absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They have created many problems because of improper record keeping not crediting me for payments made Having a much higher figure That the loan was supposedly started at which is absolutely wrong. I have mortgage mortgage insurance with the same company for Over 15 years and because LoanCare Failed to pay the insurance out of escrow as they were required, comma I lost that policy and they stuck me with the policy at * times the amount. This is literally the worst company to ever work with. Our loan was sold to them in May of 2021, when we made our first payment to them in June 2021 all seemed fine, until they "refunded" the money and placed it as a misapplied funds. When asked about it since it didnt go back into my bank account they tried to claim that it was sent to our old bank that had the loan originally. I have been a home owner for over 40 years. I have never had an experience like this before. LoanCare LLC took it upon themselves this past September 2021, to contact my home owners insurance and have the payment transferred into escrow. I had been making payments to the insurance company because I have always paid my insurance myself. I never place it in escrow, I did not authorize this nor was I notified that it had happened until I received my **** statement at the end of the year. If I could give a 0 star I would. As a third party attempting to obtain a payoff quote for a client trying to save their home from foreclosure, we were roadblocked and the client lost their home after a month of emails, faxes and online requests which do not work. Customer service refused to speak to us even after submitting a third party and then sent us to an email for third party which took days to respond each time asking us to send client SSN and Loan numbers through email and refused to offer a fax number. LoanCare charged us PMI until we were under *** of our loan. When we reached **** they claimed that they couldn't substantiate it because we did not have appraisal. When we originally got the refinanced mortgage, the original mortgagor waived the appraisal. Even with their totally made-up value, we still qualified for having PMI waived. We were told to fill out a form. We did so TWICE. They still failed to take off PMI. In fact, they charged us twice. I've never been so confused and sent misinformation from this company! They are charging me insurance stating that I did not send them my insurance documents, when I sent them on time to them, as well as my insurance agent! We continue to have to go through mismanagement of my documents and the miscommunication and mistakes that LoanCare makes!!! I'm looking for another loan company as soon as I am able to refinance.
