This company is the worse company to work with. I have been helping my mother for months get her paperwork in order, we send the minute they ask. Then she receives notification they never received it she calls and they say "oh yeah we see it here". Clearly no Communication or competence. My mortgage was sold or transferred to a new company . I made my February mortgage payment and received my confirmation from loancare . Went to pay March with new company , said I was behind a month , thought maybe it would catch up after the transfer to new company. Come to find out that they didn't transfer the payment for February . Not a professional company .

This company violates Federal law! Not only have they internally "cancelled" my mortgage draft automatic payments in the past without my permission or initiation, without reasonable explanation for doing so, but I was just informed yesterday they transferred my loan servicing to another company and did NOT notify me of intention to do so. Federal law requires that the servicer notify no less than 15 days before doing so! I only found out as my auto draft was not taken on the first of the month and I had to call in. Just received documents on a property I never owned. They sent me default and foreclosure papers. What a fraud. When you call, you can't speak to anyone unless you provide your social security number. The staff needs to be in jail.

This is the absolute worst loan company I have ever encountered. My insurance released a loss check that is being monitored by loan care. I have to pay the contractors out of pocket then loan care takes 2 months to reimburse after requesting my money multiple times. I do not recommend

Loancare calls me multiple times stating I did not make my payment plus emails. I had a confirmation from loancare stating that I made my payment but they are still harassing me. My loan was sold to these people too. I would refinance if it did not cost me anything. I am ** and never experienced anything like this and I have had six mortgages.

The worst company EVER!!! Tried doing a refi on a loan they already owned and had for years. They were requiring us to provide documents that had zero bearings on our loan such as my husband's full and complete ***** ****** from 15 years ago. They kept asking for stuff that was already shown on our credit report as paid off. Needless to say we elsewhere. They also wouldn't give us a copy of our credit report. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

My mortgage was sold to LoanCare almost a year ago and I have had a terrible experience with them. I have had multiple issues over the past year: First, they repeatedly contacted me stating that I did not have insurance on the property, and stating they were going to purchase insurance on my behalf.
