I have been working with this company to receive my insurance claim check for over 4 months. All other parties involved in restoring my home after Hurricane Ida have been kind, responsive and courteous. My mortgage company, Loancare, has been impossible. Loancare and ******** ******* are a horrible combination. You get a different answer depending on who you talk to and no one wants to help out customers. They continue to give me the run around and do not help out at all. I have been on the phone with them for months trying to refinance my loan and they refuse to give the information needed for a refinance. Coming out of a forbearance and dealing with these companies is a nightmare and everyone should stay clear of them.
Horrible company to do business with. Never can get them on the phone and when I do I continuously get hung up on. Never missed a payment before in my life called their company 5 times with each rep saying I was current. Come to find out they said I owed money in back taxes. Tried to dispute and denied my dispute with no apparent reason.
This company is doing the same thing to me as many others, had no problem taking my first 2 trial payments but the 3rd gets lost or charged to a different account. This company is worthless when it comes to customer service and helping, get put on hold and transfered because no one knows what they are doing. Why is it so hard to accept my payment? Why do you have to mess up my finances and credit just like many others I read in these reviews. Thanks for taking my money but not helping.

Not sure why people say they can never speak to anyone one the phone. Every time I have called them I have spoken to someone. While I agree their communication can be better through email, callbacks, etc....I have never had an issue reaching them. I have been through difficult times in the past since my loan was taken over by them and both times they were able to help me. My mortgage was transferred to them, and after a while, all of a sudden my escrow is very short. "If you don't pay, we will increase your payment **** a month, but if you pay, your payment will remain the same". Ouch. Guess I'll pay. They still take out the adjusted higher payment. I call and complain, they claim they will send me the **** over what I paid, and will adjust my payment back to the original so it does not happen again. I'm sick over what this company is doing to me! Customer service is terrible no one understands or cares, I'm given different information consistently! This past August they asked for a MASTER FLOOD POLICY for my condo (216 units), which I provided 6 times. The loss claims department after Hurricane Laura 08/27/2020 has very hard to work with between getting inspection done on the progress of repairing my home to getting my contractors paid. They sent the the my inexperience inspectors out and give false information back to loss claims department and prolonging my repair process. Applied for a 30 day forbearance in October 2021 due to covid19. No issues making payments till then. So I missed October's payment and knew I had to work out a payment plan with them to make up the missed payment. In the meantime I made November's payment over the phone without realizing that due to still being under a loss mitigation plan, the payment wouldn't go anywhere except a suspense account.
