My Loan care has been fine up until this past August 2021. Our escrow doubled so I went ahead and changed companies when I got the refund. I called in and paid it back which I was still short about ****** which I am not sure how but I paid it. WORST COMPANY EVER! WE ARE CONTACTING OUR ATTORNEY! Our loan was sold to Loan Care last year while we were in a forbearance program. We started making the payments back as stated in original forbearance plan and we have called once a week for a year to clear the forbearance without any resolution. They keep saying its being handled, but it isn't and we keep getting letters that we aren't making payments, when we have been and have never missed a payment! Every time i call to check on my account they have misplaced at least one of my loan payments. I have to then have it sent to their "escalation" department and wait 3-5 days for a call back. Every time the issue has been found and i have been told that they will be correcting the issue and not to worry. Like clockwork the next time you call to check one you account they will say you are behind. Like many others here, my mortgage was taken over by MyLoanCare. In July of ***** I began the process of applying for a forbearance due to loss of wages due to COVID-19. I was told several times over the phone that this would be an easy process due to the ***** act and it HAS NOT BEEN. **** transferred my loan to LoanCare in January 2021. I have never been late and actually paid extra payments. My credit union sends checks to LoanCare since February via Bill Pay. LoanCare has cashed 8 of the 13 payments my band has sent to them. They failed to process the April check and June check with no explanation as to why the did not cash those checks They sent the September 7th check back to the bank saying it was sent to the wrong address. I am highly upset that I cannot get a single person on the phone. I'm always placed on hold for 45 mins to be hung up on. I called 15 times this week. I was laid off work in October and needed more time on Payment. I applied for forbearance plan, called to check on it took 45 mins to be told I never applied. So I did it a 3rd time. They tell me someone will call me back but when they call its an automated service that directs u to call them and be placed on hold. I used Loancare after my lender started using them to service the loan. During a refinance I sent them a fax (per their process) to stop them from sending the city a check for property tax from my escrow account. I was paying the tax to the new lender part of closing fees. Loancare did not withhold the payment and the city received duplicate payments, they refunded Loancare the extra payment, and LC issued a refund check to me. Loan Care took over a mortgage we'd refinanced, but missed a 1/2 payment we'd made with the previous lender. Two months, many many phone calls, multiple emails later (including all the information requested as proof of payment multiple times), and Loan Care's recommendation is for me to contact our previous lender. This is how much faith the employees of Loan Care have in their ability to resolve this issue . . . they are asking me to do it!! :(

Worst experience in buying a home ever!! Scheduled to close on our house tomorrow and still waiting on the amount to close. It's changed 3 times so far. We already missed the original closing date because the documents were not ready. Started the process on 9/16 it's now 11/1 and who knows if we will actually be able to close on time....
