RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! My loan was sold to this company in 2019. My payments had been biweekly until they took over. They can't seem to figure out how to apply half the mortgage payment twice a month. Loancare is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I have been on the telephone with them at least 36 hours since July 2021 and have yet to get my loan mitigated after coming out of forbearance. They keeping sending me lies via email stating that I haven't sent back paper work THAT THEY NEVER SENT TO me! I have called and sent emails to no avail. This company is the WORST! I have tried to get a loan modification under ***** *** guidelines and they simply refused to do it- They have refused to lower my interest rate even though the ***** act is mandated guidelines. I concur with everyone's reviews I've read so far. This is the very worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. Scam of a mortgage serviced they take business from several companies, they transfer accounts to multiple companies at the same time, therefore having more than 1 mortgage company come after people. They mis apply funds on purpose to have borrowers default! I have even seen it at payoff, they will send a payoff back for being pennies short or mis apply it on purpose!
