YOU CAN SEE WHY ONLY 1.5/5 ON THE BBB Absolutely NO WAY to EVER SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON!!!!LOANCARE? This company is the worst. For months I have been dealing with them misreporting information to the credit bureaus. I have disputed it with Loancare and I have disputed it with all 3 credit reporting agencies. Every time i call to check on my account they have misplaced at least one of my loan payments. I have to then have it sent to their "escalation" department and wait 3-5 days for a call back. Very bad experience.Very bad experience.Very bad experience. Automatic payment is set up but Errors on their website lowered my credit score.called the customer service and told me to wait and never solved the problem......will never use this company again.....

I am absolutely disgusted with Loan Care. How they have a 'B' rating with BBB, yet a 1.05 out of 5 stars rating for ******** service is unbelievable. I am a veteran who like many others, had to use my rights under the ***** Act for my ** mortgage with Loan Care. At the end of my forbearance I contacted Loan Care and they approved me for 3 monthly payments in a 'Trial Period Plan' before consideration for a loan modification. This company is the worst. For months I have been dealing with them misreporting information to the credit bureaus. I have disputed it with Loancare and I have disputed it with all 3 credit reporting agencies. The credit agencies just ask Loancare if the reported correctly and they say yes so nothing changes even though customer service tells me that I have no late payments! Loancare is impossible to communicate with. Good luck if you need service beyond what is provided by their automated phone system. Countless times I have called their offices and worked my way through the teleprompts searching for the option to speak to a representative - and countless times the call was disconnected once I reached that point. I've worked with mortgage companies for over 30 years and have never experiences the lack of responsiveness I find with this company.

Laoncare will adjust payment dates to cause a late fee. You should find a better loan processing agency.

My Loan care has been fine up until this past August 2021. Our escrow doubled so I went ahead and changed companies when I got the refund. I called in and paid it back which I was still short about ****** which I am not sure how but I paid it. I went ahead and paid the sept 2021 payment over the phone and they had put it in the suspense folder. Come Oct I called and they tell me I owe Sept I said no I paid that they see its in the suspense fold they submit a ticket and have that moved, but the individual who moved it put it ... read more

WORST COMPANY EVER! WE ARE CONTACTING OUR ATTORNEY! Our loan was sold to Loan Care last year while we were in a forbearance program. We started making the payments back as stated in original forbearance plan and we have called once a week for a year to clear the forbearance without any resolution. They keep saying its being handled, but it isn't and we keep getting letters that we aren't making payments, when we have been and have never missed a payment! Every time i call to check on my account they have misplaced at least one of my loan payments. I have to then have it sent to their "escalation" department and wait 3-5 days for a call back. Every time the issue has been found and i have been told that they will be correcting the issue and not to worry. Like clockwork the next time you call to check one you account they will say you are behind. At one point they filed documents to take me to court to try and foreclose on me due to being 60 days late. Then 5 months later afte... read more
