Loan care reported me as missing a.payment in August of 2021 and I havent had loancare since 2016.. I have proof that I did pay my current mortgage company not only the monthly payment but an I trust only payment as well..And now I can't speak to a live person because I dint have an account with them and the recording says put in account number or ss number or you cannot go any further..so needless to say it didn't recognize my ss number because I haven't had them in years now..so tell me how can they report me for being lat... read more

Our mortgage was transferred to Loancare LLC on 1/1/2022. When we haven't received any letters or payment instructions from them by end of the first business week (1/7), and also could not register new account on their website, we proactively called them on the next business day (1/10/22). I spoke to a Kimberly out of Pennsylvania. Suffice to say that she was the most uninitiated and unprofessional call center agent I've ever encountered. I have been working with this company to receive my insurance claim check for over 4 months. All other parties involved in restoring my home after Hurricane Ida have been kind, responsive and courteous. My mortgage company, Loancare, has been impossible. I paid out of pocket for the repairs to my home. I've submitted every piece of documentation required. I provided proof that work was done and paid in full. Loancare and ******** ******* are a horrible combination. You get a different answer depending on who you talk to and no one wants to help out customers. They continue to give me the run around and do not help out at all. I have been on the phone with them for months trying to refinance my loan and they refuse to give the information needed for a refinance. Coming out of a forbearance and dealing with these companies is a nightmare and everyone should stay clear of them.
Horrible company to do business with. Never can get them on the phone and when I do I continuously get hung up on. Never missed a payment before in my life called their company 5 times with each rep saying I was current. Come to find out they said I owed money in back taxes. Tried to dispute and denied my dispute with no apparent reason.
This company is doing the same thing to me as many others, had no problem taking my first 2 trial payments but the 3rd gets lost or charged to a different account. This company is worthless when it comes to customer service and helping, get put on hold and transfered because no one knows what they are doing. Why is it so hard to accept my payment? Why do you have to mess up my finances and credit just like many others I read in these reviews. Thanks for taking my money but not helping.

Not sure why people say they can never speak to anyone one the phone. Every time I have called them I have spoken to someone. While I agree their communication can be better through email, callbacks, etc....I have never had an issue reaching them. I have been through difficult times in the past since my loan was taken over by them and both times they were able to help me. My mortgage was transferred to them, and after a while, all of a sudden my escrow is very short. "If you don't pay, we will increase your payment **** a month, but if you pay, your payment will remain the same". Ouch. Guess I'll pay. They still take out the adjusted higher payment. I call and complain, they claim they will send me the **** over what I paid, and will adjust my payment back to the original so it does not happen again.
