They messed up my payment and then blamed me! Putting 30 day late on my credit report! That's the only 30 day late I have because of their website! I was going to pay again after 10 days the payment wasn't where applied to my loan! I was told by loan care don't pay again they will fix it! If I pay again it would take double payments out! I needed to look up my credit report and then I see a 30 late from loan care!!!

My loan was transferred from **** to loan care. I had covid in october 2020. I was out for a month as a nurse with no pay so i placed my mortgage in forbearance. In june 2021 i applied for loan modification. July I received an email that my loan modification was accepted. It is the end of October and my loan modification has been revised three times due to neglecting to send documents of terms for signatures. I agree, RUN AWAY from this company. I too had my mortgage sold to this company and experienced ongoing problems with timely payments from my escrow account. I even had my insurance "cancelled" due to non payment although the funds were clearly in escrow by them! Now, I have paid off the loan and although I call repeatedly for my escrow refund, it is still in their possession, as though they think this money is theirs. It is my money. MYLOANCARE has received my payments since they grabbed the loan from the "front" ***** mortgage and without proper communications ***** terminated my payments then LOANCAREs ******** service completely disregarded my protests at late fees. Hands down the most disorganized and unprofessional mortgage servicing company on the planet. We have been trying to obtain a Verification of Mortgage (VOM) letter from them since September 20, 2021. On September 30, 2021, we were finally able to confirm that one had been sent out to our new address. On October 9, 2021, a letter arrived confirming that the VOM had been sent, however, no VOM has ever arrived. Sad that mortgages keep getting sold. Loancare LLC is one of the worst. Looks like another debt collector who got into the mortgage game. If you have any issues, you won't get them resolved. Hard to even contact them. Don't look at the BBB rating, just look at the customer reviews. Says it all. Best way to fix these problems is to gather enough people and file a class action lawsuit.

Worst company ai have ever dealt with!! Absolutely can not get things straightened out for 6 months or longer, to the point now not even able to pay my mortgage. They are holding it in escrow when I pay taxes and I strange separately. Everyone says something different, hold times are extreme, and even get hung up on. They are Absolutely the worst company ever. I have had mortgages for 20 years and never had this issue until they bought my loan. Have even begged them to sell my loan.

We are having the EXACT same issue as everyone else. We were with another company and went into forbearance, our loan was SOLD in the middle of our forbearance..in May. We have been dealing with loancare ever since then.. We paid two months of mortgage payments but they couldn't apply it to the loan, since the forbearance was still active.
