Sad that mortgages keep getting sold. Loancare LLC is one of the worst. Looks like another debt collector who got into the mortgage game. If you have any issues, you won't get them resolved. Hard to even contact them. Don't look at the BBB rating, just look at the customer reviews. Says it all. Best way to fix these problems is to gather enough people and file a class action lawsuit.

Worst company ai have ever dealt with!! Absolutely can not get things straightened out for 6 months or longer, to the point now not even able to pay my mortgage. They are holding it in escrow when I pay taxes and I strange separately. Everyone says something different, hold times are extreme, and even get hung up on. They are Absolutely the worst company ever. I have had mortgages for 20 years and never had this issue until they bought my loan. Have even begged them to sell my loan.

We are having the EXACT same issue as everyone else. We were with another company and went into forbearance, our loan was SOLD in the middle of our forbearance..in May. We have been dealing with loancare ever since then.. We paid two months of mortgage payments but they couldn't apply it to the loan, since the forbearance was still active. We were told the money would be applied to Sept and Oct 2021. Now the money is all of the sudden applied to our forbearance balance. I must agree with the customers below. I don't only write negative reviews. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. However, the public needs warned when a company is disreputable. When there is absolutely horrid customer care, I believe they are disreputable. From simple address changes that take literally years to address (and then that affects your insurance) to getting pay-off amounts, to keeping up with their simple accounting system and customer notification system, to late fees that get assessed because they d... read more

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! My loan was sold to this company in 2019. My payments had been biweekly until they took over. They can't seem to figure out how to apply half the mortgage payment twice a month. No one told me I had to make monthly payments so for two months into my loan with this carrier, they said I have to pay monthly. Fine. So I did. To this day, 2 years later, they still say I'm behind. Loancare is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I have been on the telephone with them at least 36 hours since July 2021 and have yet to get my loan mitigated after coming out of forbearance. They keeping sending me lies via email stating that I haven't sent back paper work THAT THEY NEVER SENT TO me! I have called and sent emails to no avail. This company is the WORST! I have tried to get a loan modification under ***** *** guidelines and they simply refused to do it- They have refused to lower my interest rate even though the ***** act is mandated guidelines. I urge anyone who has problems with this company to file a grievance with ***** If they get enough complaints regarding their unethical and illegal doing they a class action law suit can be file agains them ! I concur with everyone's reviews I've read so far. This is the very worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. I wish the bank I was with had never transferred their mortgage services to this company! I have been dealing with this company over an overpayment I made in July since then and I am beyond frustrated by the number of people and the number of hours I have spent on the phone to no avail. Scam of a mortgage serviced they take business from several companies, they transfer accounts to multiple companies at the same time, therefore having more than 1 mortgage company come after people. They mis apply funds on purpose to have borrowers default! I have even seen it at payoff, they will send a payoff back for being pennies short or mis apply it on purpose!
