This company is the WORST! I have tried to get a loan modification under ***** *** guidelines and they simply refused to do it- They have refused to lower my interest rate even though the ***** act is mandated guidelines. I urge anyone who has problems with this company to file a grievance with ***** If they get enough complaints regarding their unethical and illegal doing they a class action law suit can be file agains them ! I concur with everyone's reviews I've read so far. This is the very worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. I wish the bank I was with had never transferred their mortgage services to this company! Scam of a mortgage serviced they take business from several companies, they transfer accounts to multiple companies at the same time, therefore having more than 1 mortgage company come after people. They mis apply funds on purpose to have borrowers default! I have even seen it at payoff, they will send a payoff back for being pennies short or mis apply it on purpose! Loancare is nothing but a bait and switch company. They lie through their teeth and then deny everything. It took me 2 months to even complete my refi with them and I was already an existing customer. Over *** credit score and great income and no cc debt. They never return calls or emails and everyone from entry level to upper management are awful and untruthful. Never Again

This company is the worst! I have been dealing with them regarding a forbearance plan.
