LoanCare failed to protect me and my rights as a co-owner of an income property account we used as a carry back loan from a property that was shared by my siblings. I have had almost nothing go well since **** Bank sold our home mortgage loan to LoanCare in March of 2021.

I have been working in earnest to try to get a "missed payment" cleared up since March and am extremely frustrated that this issue is still outstanding. I have had numerous conference calls with both Loan Care and ***** ***** on the phone with no resolution. This company has been extremely frustrating to deal with. I have on multiple occasions sent in my condo association flood policy document. I followed the representative instructions on how to do so and my policy was never updated or given to the proper department to adjust my policy. It's beyond ridiculous that I am being forced to pay a higher mortgage price for something I am not responsible for. This company makes it impossible to email the representative directly in order to provide the documents, instead you get routed ... read more

If I had the option to add ZERO stars I would do so. I decided to go on a Forbearance plan on April 2020 due to Covid related issues, during the plan I never stopped making payments, instead I sent partial payments on April, May and June 2020, and starting July 2020 I started making full payments. On March 2021 I requested to end the plan, and the option I was given to end it was a loan modification which I agreed with and submitted it the paperwork shortly after received. I have been paying my mortgage since 2004. Every month I pay at least a week before the due date, and I pay extra on the principal. My loan servicer has changed at least five times and I've never had a problem before. A few months ago, **** transferred my loan to it's "sister" company My Loan Care. They have yet to apply my last two months payments. Both are stuck in their "Unapplied funds" account, but it clearly shows that my money was received. I've been waiting on loan modification paperwork since April 2021. Just received a letter saying they sold my loan. Was on Forbearance from July 2020 until December 2020 and it is showing us as being late. Can't ever get anyone on the phone. This place is a joke. How can you sell my loan when i haven't even gotten loan modification paper work?

I was lied to about my forbearance plan... Thinking I was going to get relief instead I got one massive bill in the end. Even though I was told by there representatives on multiple occasions that I didn't have to worry about this, it happened.... Now I'm faced with a ***** bill and worse off then I was during the COVID. This place needs to be shut down... Veterans beware stay away from them as I am as well looks like my va loan will not make it..... so much for service to this country

I paid this loan company religiously and once they transferred my loan they took a payment after the loan closed and have not refunded me ***** and will not answer any emails. I've also tried calling but because my loan is closed I can't get past their phone system. I've sent many emails and they don't respond to any. I just want my money back.
