I have never dealt with a worse organization in my life. I have had payments misapplied repeatedly since May. These people are the worst! I've been dealing with them, for months now. I was on forbearance. And been waiting for them to mail me my deferment package to get my payments back on track. My original mortgage was with **** and just before they transferred their servicing to LoanCare, I completed a mortgage modification, due to COVID. I have been working since February 2021 to get this taken care of as I want to refinance and can't proceed due to the status of my current mortgage. They are either incompetent or are complete scammers. Not sure which. They reversed my payments of ******** ******* and ****** They actually took the money out of my account for the ***** and still said it was a bad check. I gave the customer service representative my account number over the phone on two separate days for the ******* and the ******* payments. Have been waiting since may to log into my account. I call once a week and the day by Friday it should be fixed. Well we are now in September. And still nothing. All the customer service reps have been fantastic but the company is HORRIBLE

Wish I could leave a "no star review." Worst customer service I have ever received. The people are nice enough but after over 12 hours on the phone and speaking with over 10 people including 6 "supervisors" my problem is not solved and I have to re-explain each time what is wrong - they apparently have no way to reach the same person or stay in contact with one person to handle an issue from beginning to end.
