My second review... After my credit was ruined.. noone to talk to customer service or telephone is impossible ! They call.. I answer and it's a recording telling you to contact them... Which is once again impossible to talk to a real person... Dinged my credit back in Feb 2020 from Dec 2019 putting my pmts in some kind of escrow.. now shows all these 30/60/90 day late and pmts never made in which I sent all info to fax number that was given to me. No response as of yet to clear this up from Feb/ Mar of 2020...I will be conta... read more

If I could actually not give it a star I would....the ******** service is terrible... just today I have been on hold transferred and lost connection for over 3 hours...I call back only to go through the same over of name... account # and then they have to transfer me and it will be a brief bold.... which then it's 30 + minutes. It crazy to think I remodified with this company and this is the service they give. My loan was remodified and the total I signed and had notarized is far from what it is.... they keep saying it is my... read more

This is a total scam. My agent and I both have told the company that we already have an insurance, but the company still ended up buying us another insurance that we do not consent. Save your life and avoid this company.

I do not reporting bad comments on companies, however I am not getting any support with paying my mortgage. I have tried logging in to pay it, to now avail, it reports my credentials need verifying, okay, I call the customer service line hoping to get the automated bill pay, again I did not get that option. I then called back to speak to customer service and waited for hours in counting and still no answer. I haven't been able to schedule an online payment through their website since April. I've emailed customer service multiple times to no success and have never even received a response. I tried to use their automated phone system to make payment and it kept telling me that they couldn't process my payment at that time. And, their app has never worked for me, it always crashes, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Their old website was ugly but far superior considering I never had any issues with making payments online. A... read more

I will never work with LoanCare again. My mortgage has been paid off for well over a month and i still to this day cannot get ahold of anyone to remove the debt from the credit bureau. As soon as i give them the last 4 of my social security number the only 2 options i can choose is A, **** info and B mailing address change.

Trying to do a re-amortization on my mortgage to lower my payments. I call every number on their paperwork every day several times a day I've only been able to speak to two people and they have no idea what I'm talking about. One person did say they have a plan available but he couldn't tell me what my new payments would be if I give an extra ******* to do this re-amortization. I left a review earlier today but this company is so unbelievably bad I have to write another one. I was told after days of trying to get in touch with someone that I would be called back within the hour which of course I wasn't. I'm just trying to make a payment over the phone since they disabled my online access. I hope somebody responds to this with how sorry they are and possibly give me an email address to contact them. I am currently on hold waiting to speak with a member of the "Leadership Team" and have been for 1 hr and 20 minutes. I requested documentation that my forbearance obligations are over on 7/2 and was told I'd receive it within 48 hours.
