I refinanced my mortgage with them and was told no out of pocket cost, as the refinance date got closer the insurance on my house was about to expire. I was told they will handle it, not to worry. Several emails not answered. Was left in the dark most of the time. Then my house insurance expires and I have to pay the downpayment. Austin **** **** is rude and uncaring. It should not take over 2 hours to speak with someone on the phone or pay my mortgage. Worst customer service ever.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. A few months ago, I set up auto draft for our mortgage payment. The following month I was notified it did not go through. This is because they used my OLD bank account information that was removed months prior. When I called, the rep said she was so sorry, that they basically had a glitch in their system and this had happened to many customers & that it was not my fault. Biggest mistake I ever made. I want to refinance with another company. I had to postpone a payment due to Covid and I did everything they said to do. After the one month I was able to go right back to work and make my payments. They told me to pay *** more each month to catch up which I did. Every day I was getting threatening letters stating I was behind on my mortgage and subject to foreclosure. Also I had to call in to make a payment because while I was on their "recovery" plan they would only allow that form of service. ... read more

Hello, I have been with Loancare for the good part of 7+ years. Due to the covid crisis, my tenant was unable to make their rental payments and I entered into a forbearance back in the summer of 2020. This was a 6 month forbearance in which we entered into a loan modification agreement in November of 2020. Papers we signed, notarized and received by loancare. One of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with. Navigating both their phone tree and their website is a nightmare. I had to keep emailing them requests to call me. When they finally did, the customer service reps were not unkind, but definitely sounded exasperated with having to deal with a customer that challenges their explanation because it doesn't make sense. I am completely disappointed in this company. The communication is lacking and they fail to complete any task or request in a timely manner. They wait until the day of closing on a refinance loan to send documentation. This does not show any consideration for their consumers who are trying to better their situation. I fail to understand why this company is still around.
