Loancare ***** more than anything on the planet. They apply payments to the wrong month then charge fees. They lose checks. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to access their website and then was put on hold and handed off to someone brand new. I have had it with this company.

Doesn't answer calls, Doesn't return calls or answer emails. Puts you on hold after explaining your situation, and you get disconnected with no call back. Poor record keeping lost track of thousands of dollars in payments, I had to go thru all the paperwork to prove it. Locked out of my online account ability to pay. Of course when I sold my home I moved. The new owners got my check from escrow account held by loancare. By the time I got it it was expired. I have left dozens of messages and no response yet. Guess they need my ******* more than I do. Their always rude on the phone and unprofessional.

My insurance is included in my mortgage, every year it gets canceled because they do not pay it on time. horrible company and of course it's due during Hurricane Season and I have to wait until after the hurricane before they re-up it and renew it

An awful business which is a borderline scam. They bought our mortgage and didn't notify us. After we "missed" a payment they immediately dinged us unreasonably and without any discussion.

I paid my loan off and these dummies can't figure out that I did so and keep calling me and harassing me. They keep telling me they remove me from the system but they don't. Now they are dinging my credit. Either fix it or get sued.

This company should not be in business their service is horrendous, misleading and they do not apologize for their actions. I recently paid down my mortgage to meet the loan to value, escrow removed and PMI was not claiming that the LTV had not been met? Yet in order to qualify to have the escrow removed one must be below LTV well that is what they said. Therefore how can I qualify for one but not the other! This has been going on for 3-4. I deferred my payment during covid. Like a lot of people I saw my workload cut in half. The bank is now telling me that they took out a loan for my missed payments and I am to pay back that loan with interest. Essentially making me pay that portion of my loan twice with interest. I was never told about this supposed loan they took out for me and was never told to sign anything, or that this would be how they would handle things. My wife and I are going into our 8th year with this company managing one of our home loans. We have a second property in which the owner carries the loan, however we pay Loan Care monthly fees to manage payments. It's been a challenge.
