Not honoring Mortgage Assistance from the affordable cares act!! After fighting with Loancare for 6 months, they finally approved our mortgage assistance application. They gave us our new interest rate with payment amount and said they would send us the paperwork. We followed up and they said the paperwork would be sent out 5/28 and take 10 business days. Was with LoanCare for 2 years, I did a loan refinance with Pedro the first year and it went well. ***** did what he was supposed to do and we went with Loan care with no hiccups. This year due to the interest rates falling I called to do a refinance because Our taxes were going to hit this year. Michael ***** unfortunately took my call. Took from 02/20 to file a loan release until 06/21 by loan care which was a violation of the *** ********** **** Should have been filed within 40 days No words in any language could describe the attitude of the customer service Dept . We filed complaints with the **** ******** in Virginia, *** ******* & wrote to ********** ******* Banking Dept .... AVOID LOAN @ ALL COSTS

my mortgage company **** Bank is now partnering with Loancare to service my mortgage and service is a gross overstatement! They cannot get it right and are often calling me or sending me late notifications. And I can't seem to resolve anything via their website as it often just sits there stating 'loading...'... :( I am an on-time payer and have always been and this is very frustrating to deal with making calls and 'researching' my payments when I know they have been completed in a timely fashion. LoanCare is garbage. Last February, they took a double payment from my checking via ACH. It overdrew my account, and I had to take a cash advance from a credit card to pay my bills. I called but the phone tree never gets to a person no matter what option you choose. I sent several online messages and actually wrote letters. No reply. It's now June. Still no reply. When my loan was transferred to them in 2019 I was blown away after reading their reviews. I have not had a good experience with them at all. My loan is a ** loan with a fixed APR, however since the COVID 19 forbearance my loan has increased by over ******** They don't really explain anything, they just send out documents after document after documents and each time my payment has changed. During COVID, I received a loan modification with trial payments. They continued to report my credit as being late and violated the ***** **** When I attempted to get my credit report fixed, they denied it. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer *********** If need be, I will have to file a lawsuit to have this removed. It looks like I'm not the only one this has impacted so will need to gather information for a class action.

Horrible unethical company ! They Re less than zero for stars ! I Paid off some late fees from my past mortgager. They wouldn't show credit where credit was due. They said they would. Credit my account then added them at the end of the loan when they sold me. The recording keeping they keep is fake and false and a complete joke. They would change where my payment was applied then would write in "funds applied " making it hard to prove where the payment went.
