My loan originated through and was sold 2-3 times in 4 years, is how I got connected with Loancare.Every lender has been unethical and should be audited bat. the local,state,and federal levels.I have never been late and pay extra principal just about every month.They hold checks for weeks until your late due date hoping you will not call and pay by phone so they can charge late feed and mess your credit up.When you make a payment by phone it takes up to 10 days or more for them to apply your payment.This happens monthly ,wit... read more

Waited on hold for a half hour to be put on hold again for another half hour no answer so i hung up. All due to they say i do not have insurance coverage although they are the ones that write the checks from my escrow account. My insurance company sent over verification when it was renewed and when they asked a month later and again yesterday. So disappointed in the service i received.

Despite paying all my bills on time and never missing a payment. Loancare messed up and forgot to pay part of my 2020 property taxes. When I was sent a bill for late payments I forwarded it to Loan care and they did not pay it, and every time I would call Customer Service I would get told a ticket was submitted and the issue was resolved. The truth of the matter was that the issue was not resolved they were just confused or ignoring it. I was only on forbearance for 4 months the paperwork for my modification is for a year. I've been making payments. Why is Loancare saying I owe a years worth? They want me to sign and notarize paperwork for a years worth of missed payments, but it was only for 4 months... please help!!

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A MORTGAGE COMPANY TRYING TO GET FUNDS RELEASED ON WORK THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED ON A HOUSE. EVERY TIME WE CALL TO GET AN UPDATE ON WHEN FUNDS WILL BE RELEASED, THEY NEED ANOTHER DOCUMENT UPLOADED EVEN AFTER I ASKED ON THE PREVIOUS CALL IF THEY NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE. THEN, EVERY TIME I CALL I SPEAK TO SOMEONE DIFFERENT. THE PEOPLE IN THE LOSS DRAFT DEPARTMENT GIVE OUT WRONG INFORMATION AND SEEM TO MAKE THINGS UP AS THEY GO. My second review... After my credit was ruined.. noone to talk to customer service or telephone is impossible ! They call.. I answer and it's a recording telling you to contact them... Which is once again impossible to talk to a real person... Dinged my credit back in Feb 2020 from Dec 2019 putting my pmts in some kind of escrow.. now shows all these 30/60/90 day late and pmts never made in which I sent all info to fax number that was given to me. No response as of yet to clear this up from Feb/ Mar of 2020...I will be conta... read more

If I could actually not give it a star I would....the ******** service is terrible... just today I have been on hold transferred and lost connection for over 3 hours...I call back only to go through the same over of name... account # and then they have to transfer me and it will be a brief bold.... which then it's 30 + minutes. It crazy to think I remodified with this company and this is the service they give. My loan was remodified and the total I signed and had notarized is far from what it is.... they keep saying it is my... read more

This is a total scam. My agent and I both have told the company that we already have an insurance, but the company still ended up buying us another insurance that we do not consent. Save your life and avoid this company.
