Can't get ahold of anyone. Trying to make my payment but it says I can't do it online. Have called multiple days an stay on hold for 30+ minutes without anyone answering. I send an email to ask for help and their response is "please call our customer service". That's what I'm trying to do!

This is the absolute worst company. They have owed us a mortgage refund for over a month, and refuse to cut the check. Every single time we call, we get bounced around between multiple agents who have no idea what they're talking about, and by the time we get it escalated to a supervisor, we are told "I've expedited the request but the cashier is closed so they'll cut it tomorrow morning. I have tried all month to make a mortgage payment and have not been able to reach the department needed to make my payment. The department is not answering. I was literally on hold for over 90 minutes when no answer. Horrible customer service. I plan on changing mortgage companies as soon as possible.

My loan was transferred to Loancare LLc and I had nothing but problems with this company for two years they didn't pay my property taxes for two years and I almost lost home over it until the last minute when they finally payed them out of my escrow. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They are impossible to reach with questions etc. I called and by some miracle was able to initiate a loan modification in early May, was told I would get a letter that gives me my options for refinancing and what I got was a delinquency letter! Then they decided to take my surplus escrow! Not one person will return my emails, "secure form" submissions or calls. I have no idea what is going on. I wish I could give this unprofessional and irresponsible company zero stars. If your mortgage is sold to them you should refinance immediately. Over the last four days I've been on the phone on hold with them for 9 hrs. Everyone says the same thing. More holds, transfers, no one knows anything. Then they disable your online account access so you can't look at the shady things that are happening. Average review is one star. Why do you think that is?

Horrible company! Between April and May of this year I payed off the ****** balance on my mortgage and they placed a past 30 day payment on my credit report dropping my credit score by 100 points. I have called and spoke to 5 different employees that assured me that this would be corrected and it has not! Now that I have payed off the mortgage I can't even be connected to customer service it won't even give me the option. REALLY????

We refinanced last fall (no "out of pocket" to us) to a lower interest rate (which lowered our payment by approximately $200/mo). Seven months later we received an "annual escrow account disclosure statement" which stated that our impound/escrow account was short of funds, and would result in new payments (for one year) that are essentially what we were paying before the refinance.
