I do not reporting bad comments on companies, however I am not getting any support with paying my mortgage. I have tried logging in to pay it, to now avail, it reports my credentials need verifying, okay, I call the customer service line hoping to get the automated bill pay, again I did not get that option. I haven't been able to schedule an online payment through their website since April. I've emailed customer service multiple times to no success and have never even received a response. I tried to use their automated phone system to make payment and it kept telling me that they couldn't process my payment at that time. And, their app has never worked for me, it always crashes, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I will never work with LoanCare again. My mortgage has been paid off for well over a month and i still to this day cannot get ahold of anyone to remove the debt from the credit bureau. As soon as i give them the last 4 of my social security number the only 2 options i can choose is A, **** info and B mailing address change.

Trying to do a re-amortization on my mortgage to lower my payments. I call every number on their paperwork every day several times a day I've only been able to speak to two people and they have no idea what I'm talking about. One person did say they have a plan available but he couldn't tell me what my new payments would be if I give an extra ******* to do this re-amortization. I left a review earlier today but this company is so unbelievably bad I have to write another one. I was told after days of trying to get in touch with someone that I would be called back within the hour which of course I wasn't. I'm just trying to make a payment over the phone since they disabled my online access. I hope somebody responds to this with how sorry they are and possibly give me an email address to contact them. I refinanced my mortgage with them and was told no out of pocket cost, as the refinance date got closer the insurance on my house was about to expire. I was told they will handle it, not to worry. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. A few months ago, I set up auto draft for our mortgage payment. The following month I was notified it did not go through. This is because they used my OLD bank account information that was removed months prior. When I called, the rep said she was so sorry, that they basically had a glitch in their system and this had happened to many customers & that it was not my fault.
