have a loan with ******** and it is serviced by LoanCare. I went into a COVID19 Forbearance plan starting August 1, 2020. My Forbearance was through January 2021. I was able to start resuming my payments February 2021. I applied for assistance to pay the payments missed during the Forbearance but I was denied March 2021. One of the worst companies I have had to deal with. I secured a mortgage in Jan 2021. They advertise to use their mobile and website options for all of my needs. Logged on to the mobile app the first after the closing and the app has not worked since!!!! It is now May 25th, still does not work. IMPOSSIBLE a to get a human on the phone. They take a week to return your call so they can assess a fee because you couldn't get the help you needed. The online form only generates an automated response. When they finally return your call, they do it right before they close, and leave a message requesting you call. Seriously considering refinancing AGAIN just to get rid of this scam of a company.

LoanCare has such poor service and I hope we can change to someone else soon. We had a fire over 2 months ago and our insurance cut us a check for our other structure policy that WE pay for each month. LoanCare has to endorse it bc they are our mortgage company and they refuse to and want us to rebuild the structure and we are refusing after it was very traumatic. One of the worst in this business. Like others, my bank sold my mortgage to this company. LoanCare website states the Loan to Value ratio on my 15 year old rental property mortgage for PMI purposes is over 100%. I have been with Loancare since 2014 and have not had any issues making my payments, Until March 2021 when they changed their web site. Now the site will not let me make a payment through it. I have made several calls sometimes the person on the phone can not get my payment to go though. But surprisingly as soon as my loan incurs a late fee the person can get my payment to go through. I am an Insurance Agent and have been on the phone for 25 minutes trying to get a human being to find out why they haven't paid my customer's homeowner policy after we uploaded all the information to ****************** and it shows the correct policy but no payment.
