my mortgage company **** Bank is now partnering with Loancare to service my mortgage and service is a gross overstatement! They cannot get it right and are often calling me or sending me late notifications. And I can't seem to resolve anything via their website as it often just sits there stating 'loading...'... :( I am an on-time payer and have always been and this is very frustrating to deal with making calls and 'researching' my payments when I know they have been completed in a timely fashion. LoanCare is garbage. Last February, they took a double payment from my checking via ACH. It overdrew my account, and I had to take a cash advance from a credit card to pay my bills. I called but the phone tree never gets to a person no matter what option you choose. I sent several online messages and actually wrote letters. No reply. It's now June. Still no reply. Recent messages have disappeared into the ether. The phone tree still leads to no live person. I would refi but interest rates have moved up. So I'm stuck. I didn'... read more

When my loan was transferred to them in 2019 I was blown away after reading their reviews. I have not had a good experience with them at all. My loan is a ** loan with a fixed APR, however since the COVID 19 forbearance my loan has increased by over ******** They don't really explain anything, they just send out documents after document after documents and each time my payment has changed. During COVID, I received a loan modification with trial payments. They continued to report my credit as being late and violated the ***** **** When I attempted to get my credit report fixed, they denied it. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer *********** If need be, I will have to file a lawsuit to have this removed. It looks like I'm not the only one this has impacted so will need to gather information for a class action.

Horrible unethical company ! They Re less than zero for stars ! I Paid off some late fees from my past mortgager. They wouldn't show credit where credit was due. They said they would. Credit my account then added them at the end of the loan when they sold me. The recording keeping they keep is fake and false and a complete joke. They would change where my payment was applied then would write in "funds applied " making it hard to prove where the payment went. Can't get ahold of anyone. Trying to make my payment but it says I can't do it online. Have called multiple days an stay on hold for 30+ minutes without anyone answering. I send an email to ask for help and their response is "please call our customer service". That's what I'm trying to do!

This is the absolute worst company. They have owed us a mortgage refund for over a month, and refuse to cut the check. Every single time we call, we get bounced around between multiple agents who have no idea what they're talking about, and by the time we get it escalated to a supervisor, we are told "I've expedited the request but the cashier is closed so they'll cut it tomorrow morning. I'll call you first thing in the morning to assure it's been done." Then radio silence. This has happened FOUR SEPARATE TIMES. This compan... read more

I have tried all month to make a mortgage payment and have not been able to reach the department needed to make my payment. The department is not answering. I was literally on hold for over 90 minutes when no answer. Horrible customer service. I plan on changing mortgage companies as soon as possible.
