My loan was transferred to Loancare LLc and I had nothing but problems with this company for two years they didn't pay my property taxes for two years and I almost lost home over it until the last minute when they finally payed them out of my escrow. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They are impossible to reach with questions etc. I called and by some miracle was able to initiate a loan modification in early May, was told I would get a letter that gives me my options for refinancing and what I got was a delinquency letter! Then they decided to take my surplus escrow! Not one person will return my emails, "secure form" submissions or calls. I have no idea what is going on. I wish I could give this unprofessional and irresponsible company zero stars. If your mortgage is sold to them you should refinance immediately. Over the last four days I've been on the phone on hold with them for 9 hrs. Everyone says the same thing. More holds, transfers, no one knows anything. Then they disable your online account access so you can't look at the shady things that are happening. Average review is one star. Why do you think that is?

Horrible company! Between April and May of this year I payed off the ****** balance on my mortgage and they placed a past 30 day payment on my credit report dropping my credit score by 100 points. I have called and spoke to 5 different employees that assured me that this would be corrected and it has not! Now that I have payed off the mortgage I can't even be connected to customer service it won't even give me the option. REALLY????

We refinanced last fall (no "out of pocket" to us) to a lower interest rate (which lowered our payment by approximately $200/mo). Seven months later we received an "annual escrow account disclosure statement" which stated that our impound/escrow account was short of funds, and would result in new payments (for one year) that are essentially what we were paying before the refinance. have a loan with ******** and it is serviced by LoanCare. I went into a COVID19 Forbearance plan starting August 1, 2020. My Forbearance was through January 2021. I was able to start resuming my payments February 2021. I applied for assistance to pay the payments missed during the Forbearance but I was denied March 2021. I appealed the denial and was denied again April 2021. I was required to pay the full amount to reinstate my loan or risk foreclosure. One of the worst companies I have had to deal with. I secured a mortgage in Jan 2021. They advertise to use their mobile and website options for all of my needs. Logged on to the mobile app the first after the closing and the app has not worked since!!!! It is now May 25th, still does not work. IMPOSSIBLE a to get a human on the phone. They take a week to return your call so they can assess a fee because you couldn't get the help you needed. The online form only generates an automated response. When they finally return your call, they do it right before they close, and leave a message requesting you call. Seriously considering refinancing AGAIN just to get rid of this scam of a company.
