We sent a same day wire with the payoff of our house on 05/5/2021 and until today 05/11/2021 they have not found the wire nor the email with the ticket number that loan care sent to us. We have spoken with several employees and supervisors but none has any information, we requested to speak with a higher supervisor but they always busy. I asked if we are going to pay more interest since "THEY HAVE NOT FOUND THE WIRE NOR THE EMAIL WITH THE TICKET NUMBER BUT THE CAN'T ANSWER THAT). Service link was supposed to have wired my previous mortgage company the payoff on my home which I refinanced just by accident whenever I was checking to see when I would receive my leftover escrow from my old mortgage company I discovered that they had not been paid I contacted immediately and they assured me that they had sent the money in addition sent me a copy of a proof of wire however when I contacted the old mortgage company they assured me they had not received any payment from anyone I was only about four days from... read more

on the 1st of the month I check my account to see if my mortgage payment had been processed yet (it wasn't) I waited till Monday the 3rd and seen that It still was not taken out, I set up a payment to be made on the 3rd. I then got double charged. Loan Care told me that they would have to mail me a check. That check is going to take a month to get to my home, so there is no point of getting the payment back. I have heard that Loancare creates issues with customer accounts to create fees. My loan had it's profile changed (routing number). I didn't change it. This info was confirmed in my call to find out why my electronic payment was reversed. Then on this call, I made another payment effort and as it turns out that routing number was a digit off. This payment effort was returned for insufficient funds. I had sufficient funds. I made two more payment efforts over the next couple of days. Both did go through. This nonsense created... read more

It is nearly impossible to get a person on the phone with this company and when you do they say they will get back to you and never do.

Get email confirmations, record calls, and send payments and correspondence by certified mail. Write https://wwwcomplaints-lender#item-XXXXX For 20 years I never had an issue with my past mortgage companies. My loan was transferred to LoanCare on Feb 1st. Never got my first bill till March 3rd with due date March 1st. I had sent in payment on March 1st with letter fully explaining account numbers etc. And post it note on the check itself. We originally started a mortgage with ******* ***** in September 2012. We have successfully had the mortgage on autopay with bi-weekly payments in the amount of ****** and have not missed a payment since the beginning of the mortgage October 2012. We heard of the mortgage being taken over by New *** *** subserviced by Loancare in August on 2019. This company is a joke, I have been applying for mortgage assistance for almost 2 months. But every time I called (about twice a week) they always said some documents were missing, even though I already submitted everything in and kept sending in documents. There's some documents like paystub I sent in like 3 times but they said they still need it or it's not clear. I wonder whether they just don't want to help the loan mod cause they'll lose money.
