Good afternoon, On September 13,2020 my house burnt to the ground. After waiting almost a month for the insurance company to do what they needed to do , we finally received our check. We filled out all the necessary documents and got a tracking number for our check. Ever since my loan was sold to this company 2 years ago, we have had nothing but headaches with them. Their customer service is horrendous, their website was built by a 2 year old, (no offense to toddlers everywhere), and don't even try to get your insurance claim pushed through with them...........6 months, yup......and once again they cannot find my paperwork.

I contacted Loancare on November 10, 2020 in order to request to have autopay removed from my account. I distinctly remember speaking with the representative regarding options on how I can pay myself when autopay is removed. I was told that I have until the 15th of the month (sometimes the 16th, depending on if it falls on a weekend) in order to make a payment with no late-fee. Worst customer service ever experienced. Long wait times to talk to customer service Representatives that were unable to assist. Transferred to manager and they became conveniently disconnected. I'm attempting to pay off the loan but apparently LoanCare does not desire that to happen. Unable to contact a human being for discussion. Simply terrible

Worst customer service ever. Watch your payments. Questionable charges. They raise our escrow at least 2 times a year which raises our payments even if we payments the shortage amount. Have been trying to get a payoff amount for 2 weeks. No return calls or info.

They forced insurance on my account for no need. This cause my escrow to go into a deficit and they revised my payment to go up over ******** I can't reach anyone on the phone. When by the slight chance I do they are rude and unhelpful and send you back to the automated prompts. Is there a way to have this investigated?

I have been trying to setup my new account with this company for more than two weeks. I have been ignored until now, and all I am being told is my social doesn't match my account information and so they can't give me any loan information without it! How am I supposed to pay this?!?! There needs to be a class action lawsuit. They are literally setting this up for failure, it's completely negligent.

This is the worst loan servicing company I have ever worked with. It's nearly impossible to speak with an actual person. Their website is useless and when something goes wrong (e.g. they keep pulling unapproved auto drafts from your account) no one can ever seem to do anything about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
