This is the worst loan servicing company that I've ever had. I wish that there was some way to be able to choose which servicing company you will end up with when the origination company sells the mortgage. I had received several messages from an automatic dialer that told me I needed to call them in regards to my mortgage. After finally wading through their call system the first guy said he had no idea why I was getting calls and put me on hold. Trying to modify my mortgage due to covid 19 get the paperwork and have called customer service all day trying to get questions answered with being disconnected 14 times this is ridiculous as soon as im able I will be refinancing.

This company is violating the ********** protection act of **** by refusing to remove *** even though we formally requested it once we hit *** of the loan value. We are now at *** with ******** continuing to charge ****

LoanCare is BY FAR the worst loan servicing company in the industry. When you call them you cannot get a live person without going through over 5 minutes of prompts. When you finally do get a representative they do not know how to help. It has taken me between 45 minutes to 1 hour each month for the past three months to make a mortgage payment. LESS than a 1 !!! Poor customer service and they are fraudulently reporting to credit bureaus! Do not utilize this company! We would have NEVER chosen them, our mortgage was sold to them from ********** our house was sold in August and we are still dealing with their negative reporting in November! Ridiculous.

They report falsely to the credit bureau and are not held accountable not only are they not held accountable they refuse to correct the problems they create they expect us to fix things they screwed up what time is giving us the tools to do it FYI I hate you LoanCare you don't listen you suck

A total disaster company. Look at thousands reviews everywhere. Obviously, they are buying mortgages from others, since it impossible to imagine that anyone would want to get a loan from them to start with. If you can, refinance and run away. Also, call your original mortgage holder and tell them all about your experiences with this pathetic company. I certainly did and stated that I will make sure that no one I know will even think about working with them if they continue selling loans to Loancare. Good luck.

Loancare took over my mortgage from ******* Loans (who were great). I got a notice at the beginning of the month that an extra payment I made was returned for insufficient funds. I checked with my bank and there had never been an "Insufficient Fund" - the draft went through. (Also, had I been underfunded, my over draft protection would have just paid it. I check my account with My Loancare and the money appears in the account and sits there for a week, then they subtract it out and charged me *** off my next payment. I have ... read more
