TERRIBLE!!!! Please read this. This company is completely unprofessional and lack ethics and communication. Because your loan processor gets promoted they totally forget to process your loan. Long story short My loan processor told me to stop my payment and she would come by my house for the escrow. She FORGOT and i immediately became ineligible for the loan. There was no consequence to her actions and there was no apology. Still this has not been fixed. SO i am stuck with this company another 6 months!!!

I've read these complaints with horror. The BBB should take note of not only Loan Care, but its partners. I'm 69 years old, have owned 16 properties all with paid off mortgages and have a credit rating of 810. Horrible customer service; horrible automated service; representatives have no training to understand their own structure and always transfer calls to the incorrect department. It is so discouraging and upsetting to have a mortgage company that operates like this. Unbelievable. It never changes.

We refinanced our home in May 2020. We are now waiting to close on our new home on 10/9/20. We found yesterday that LoanCare NEVER filed our release of lien with our county. I have called no less than 8 times. Different answers. Promises to get calls back that never happen. We have zero control over this. Our buyers have flown in from California to purchase our home. I paid off my mortgage on August 10th, and I am waiting for the lien release/mortgage satisfaction to be recorded in the county. I have been on the phone with LoanCare for over a week with no assistance or urgency. We are waiting to close on our house and have been delayed due to this document not arriving at the county office. They have notes that it was sent to the county office on September 20th but the county has yet to receive and documentation, and it has filed all lien releases. I would give them 0 stars! I pay my mortgage every month but I get a *** late payment if I don't pay it by the 1st of the month! This is ridiculous! It should not be considered late if they are getting the money within the same month! Not only is the late fee *** but it is *** to pay online, *** to pay over the phone and *** to pay through a Customer Service Rep!! We haven't been late on our mortgage payment in 25 yrs. We have ******** + in equity in our home and over 800 + credit scores, but, this lousy company still hasn't dropped our PMI's. They are supposed to automatically fall off after 5 yrs. They don't respond to email and phone wait time is ..... they never pick up
