I have called and left messages for over a week about an auto withdrawal from my account from loan care that I cannot associate with one of our loans I have received no call back and the number that I was given for immediate assistance is not working. Its very frustrating to never get a live person on the call to help with a resolution.

******** sold my mortgage to Loancare. Ever since Loancare has taken over my loan I have had nothing but problems with them. I am on automatic bill pay with my loan but it seems as if Loancare does know how to process the automatic bill pay. I have been dealing with this loan servicing company for a year trying to get them to apply a payment. I have provided proof of payment MULTIPLE times, called them MULTIPLE times, and they STILL have not resolved the lost payment issue. Every time I call I have to start over and restate the issue, re-supply the tracking # and confirmation # because they DONT DO THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately there is not a zero star rating available. I have been trying to get a copy of my Loan Satisfaction statement for nearly 3 months. I have now called 4 times and have been on the phone for nearly 5 hours trying to get one simple piece of paper to prove that my loan has been satisfied. My husband purchased a home "owner carry" and was able to facilitate that through Loancare. We pay monthly more than our mortgage amount from two separate bank accounts. Each payment check to Loancare has our account number on it for easy tracking. We consistently are told we have underpaid AND have undisbursed funds. Their training of their employees cannot be good based on the fact our late payments and undisbursed funds are always the same amounts, equal to one another, and should be applied to our principle. Do everything that you can to not have anything to do with (bogus) business. I am so upset that my mortgage holder, ******** turned my loan over to this entity. Impossible to contact, only one phone number for ******** service! It tells you, no matter what time of day or day of the week, that the wait time is 30 minutes and then hangs up on you! No email address to contact them. After I complained to ******* I was able to speak to someone I felt I was interrupting from watching their favorite TV show.

We applied for the forbearance and only needed it for two months. They screwed it all up, lowered our credit so credit cards lowered our limits which lowered it more. Their ******** service is non existent. This company has done so much damage. Our old mortgage company sold our loan to them. We have tried to reach ******** service and been in the run around. I have followed the instructions to drop *** by sending certified letters several times in the last three years. I have submitted many email tickets to have my *** reviewed and removed. I am beyond frustrated that I do not receive responses. I will be looking into which government agency to file a complaint with. It is completely unacceptable.
