If I could give them 1/2 of a star I would. The payout division has been making mistakes on my payout amount since May 11th 2020. The title company and I have been trying to get this resolved for months. I even paid to principal thousands of dollars so that Loancare would be forced to redo the payout letter completely. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The site to just make a simple payment is slow, and a lot of the time is plain out doesn't work! The app is also trashy, and can barely process basic commands. Customer service is laughable, and this greedy company tries to attach as many extra fees a possible. For a loan/mortgage company we all expect so much more from you. I wouldn't be mad if this company went completely bankrupt. It's 2020, get with the program.
This is a burdensome company. For the past year, they have been trying to claim that I do not have insurance coverage for wind, fire, flood, and liability every month. I have sent proof through multiple sources and times for all of the previous mentioned concerns. Terrible company My loan was sold to them, I called and representative sounded like he had been sleeping. My insurance company sent them a bill in July 2020 for my homeowners insurance, which is escrowed monthly from my payment, as of September 3,2020 no payment to insurance company. Called new Rez aka loancare and they said my insurance will receive payment on about September 18,2020. I have tried to reach someone at Loan are for four days now. I am told wait times may exceed 30 mins and then I'm disconnected. I made my mortgage payment on the 7th, it came out of my bank on the 12th, and they say they didn't receive it until the 17th and charged me ****** in a late fee. I believe they are fraudulently doing this to their customers and it's very frustrating that I can't reach anyone. Terrible company. If your mortgage is serviced by Loancare REFINANCE IMMEDIATELY!
LoanCare is incompetent. Avoid this company at all costs!!! They didn't post an electronic payment they had been receiving regularly for months then harassed me for a late payment. They told me they could resolve it if I told them their bank account number, which no bank would give me. Yes, their bank account number. Don't you think they should know that. Ridiculous! I wish I could give them less than one star. They are horrible to deal with and thats IF you can get anyone on the phone. If your loan is through them, turn around and run the other way. Find another lender!
They are lucky to get a star at all. I have been fighting with them for nearly a month to get a payment back that was issued in error by my bank on a closed loan. I keep getting the run around and told they will respond in a week then when there is no response I call in and they have noted to ask me for more information yet no one contacts me ever.
Terrible, terrible, terrible ******** service. I keep getting emails from my loan service telling me immediate attention is needed. Problem is, I have sent them multiple emails and messages on the customer service page. I have even addressed the emails directly to the person who is supposed to be assigned to my case.
