Very poor customer service. I submitted a request for a simple I9 form nearly a month ago, and I still have not received the form. Every time I email, I get a form email back that does not address the problem. I call and their system hangs up on me after 2 minutes of hold time. All the negative reviews you read about this company have validity!

My loan was just transferred to them and they input my information wrong, cannot get in touch with anyone to correct. I also cannot setup to pay my loan since it is incorrect. This is my 5th home loan and only time i had a problem like this.

Worst company ever. If your loan has been taken over by NewRez/Loancare I suggest you pay it off or refinance as quickly as possible. Their phone system is a technological nightmare and they are blazing new trails in horrible customer service. I received a canned response saying they were sorry I had a "negative experience", which doesn't begin to describe the nightmare this has been. Sorry I can't give negative stars.

Unbelievable how bad this company is. I was switched to this mortgage company in on April 7th with a letter saying my mortage would go up 200$ or so beginning June 1. I immediately reached out to my previous loan company and they said my loan is in transfer that they will have my loan May 9th. I have been in contact with loancare weekly with every call being 30+ minutes. Today July 2nd my problem was solved. We were recently notified that our loan would be serviced by LoanCare. It's been horrible. They take forever to credit your accounbt for the payment and in the meantime call you constantly as if the payment hasn't been made. To make things easier, we decided to set up autodraft. They entered the account information incorrectly and then charged us $30 when the payment didn't go through correctly. HORRIBLE COMPANY! BEWARE! We are currently trying to contact our mortgage company to request a change in loan servicing company.

Cannot reach them by phone, always directed to their automated system that cannot handle my issue. Just noticed they have been charging me .5% over what my fixed rate is for the loan. This has been going on for 2 years! If you cannot contact a live representative then they are not servicing your loan, just collecting your money and could care less if you have an important issue to discuss with them. I will be contacting an Attorney to pursue damages created by their neglect!
