HORRIBLE!!!! When I purchased my home it was with a different company, then this company took over. EVERY month I have to send them proof of my payment because they are to stupid to learn how to apply it to the correct account and I get 50 calls a day telling my my mortgage was not paid and they are attempting to collect a debt.
Business response:

We've had a scheduled closing date of our transaction for 40 days now. Our loan was sold to LoanCare servicing a few years back. The escrow department has been trying to get a loan payoff for over 20 days now and LoanCare has not responded and continues to "escalate" our request despite no real progress. We are now having to extend and postpone the closing date because of their negligence. I just hope the deal doesn't fall apart because of their ineptitude. I'm surprised there's no oversight here

The online service is OK. Just OK. However, they have some fishy practices. Every time I am trying to make payment right before the grace period ends - the site is not working. I can't login and can't make a payment. Surprisingly, their customer support can't do anything either - their advice is to "try few days later"... It is so annoying that there is no way to change mortgage servicing company.

They process loans, they tell you what you owe every month, but sure as **** make it nearly impossible for you to pay your mortgage by the due date and especially difficult if you attempt to pay within the 15-day "Grace" period. Typical issues: 1.) non-functioning website access to payment options 2.) non-functioning Mobile application I flat-out told them that I would pay at my convenience after I discovered their manipulative and punitive tactics, that I would refuse to pay any additional processing fees, late fees, etc.

Horrible customer customer service. Forget trying to have mortgage insurance removed even when you have 20% equity. Get run around, no one follows through, get transferred on phone. Nothing good to say about this company. Use a different lender!

This is a horrific company. When I lost my job last May, I immediately called them and they set up a "forbearance". I was told at the time that this would not impact my credit score. I was repeatedly told that over the last year until today. I started on the "trial" period in November when I started working again. A few months ago, i realized they were killing my credit score by marking me delinquent since June 2019. I signed the forms for the resettlement in May and was told today that the lawyer approved them on June 8 (a ... read more

Very poor customer service. I submitted a request for a simple I9 form nearly a month ago, and I still have not received the form. Every time I email, I get a form email back that does not address the problem. I call and their system hangs up on me after 2 minutes of hold time. All the negative reviews you read about this company have validity!
