May 28th, 2020 and our mortgage payment is due on June 1st, 2020. We STILL have yet to receive our mortgage statement from LOANCARE. This company is such a fraud. When we first bought our home; shortly afterwards our mortgage was sold to LoanCare. No notification. Then to Lakeview/ Loancare. No notification. We have been trying to talk with them about an issue and the first person I received on the phone told me that the phone number on the website for customer service was wrong and gave me a new number to call. Since April, 2020, they have been having trouble processing payment. They are charging late fees and impacting credit scores negatively. They only seem to be providing automated responses and never respond back with information on why they have failed to applied payments that they have cashed.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is completely unorganized and messing with people's finances. My family has received two separate letters from these nincompoops, one stating that we don't have adequate insurance coverage and the other saying we don't have hazard insurance. If you're reading this it means you're stuck with this company just like me. Absolutely 0 accountability for anything they do. All I tried to do is pay my bill and it was near impossible. Didn't recognize my social, wouldn't return my phone calls. Unbelievable. I may miss a payment because of them which is completely unacceptable.

Clearly this company does not care to talk to its customers. If I had a choice, I would not be a customer. I have had loan companies who are GREAT from the beginning- for example- Mr. Cooper. LoanCare does not care and they have terrible customer service. They just bought my mortgage and their website is an absolute joke and business practices are outdated in today's market. The website doesn't provide any of the information I'm used to seeing from my former company. I'm getting errors on their site when I try to see my information.
