LoanCare is such a rip off. They flooded me with ads hoping I would bite on their gouging interest rates. Preying on consumers. I'm glad they have a class action lawsuit against them. I hope they go out of business. I QUICKLY switched lenders. I HIGHLY recommend everyone else do the same. Signed yet another UNSATISFIED former customer.

Loancare received my mortgage from ditech (which filed for bankruptcy due to illegal business practices). I've always paid property taxes and house insurance out of pocket. Ditech started charging for both and never resolved it before loancare received it. Loancare continued to charge me and even tried to foreclose on my house. Numerous attempts to contact and have them correct it failed and they would not accept any payments. If I could rate it zero stars, I would! My brother in-law passed away the end of November 2019. The loan was just sold to Loancare. I have been trying desperately to payoff this loan. I am the administrator of his estate and have sent the death certificate and appointment of admin to these people 12 times, my attorney has sent them twice and they still say they cannot talk to me! No possible way to talk to a human being when you call. They charge you to make a payment over the phone or online. They screwed up my auto draft and tried to charge me a late fee. They bought out my loan with xxxxxx Mortgage who was great.

Really, really bad. When you ask for help, please make it possible to pay extra etc, they merely send a legal letter denying any of your experiences( impossible to use website, not applied funds when mailed, telephone doesn't accept extra payments, etc, etc) ever happened. LoanCare, LLC, NewRez, or any of their other names is by far the worst loan processor I have ever had. They have changed there name at least 3 times since I have used them and I can only guess it's to combat negative reviews online. There website is out of date and errors often. There fees for anything (refinance, pay online, or restructure of payments after a large principal payment) are so much higher then anyone in the industry. Worst place ever! Wish I could give them 0 stars! They have failed to make our home owners insurance 2 years in a row! Called to get it resolved this year, they proceed to tell me that I owe them another $700+ because of their system mess up! I make my payment on time every month with making more than my monthly obligation! Waiting to speak with a manager now! Worst customer service with even worse practices! General public beware!

If your loan has been transferred to loan care, I'm sorry. They have several addresses and phone numbers listed under "Contact Us". It seems the only thing they are interested in hearing about is your payment. There would appear to be no way to talk to them about anything else. My particular problem is trying to set up an account on their web page. I can set up an account, but after that I can't log in. Never seen a company that you can not contact a service representative!! Goes to an automated system with no way to contact one. Says call again to talk with one then hangs up. Would give 0 stars if I could
