This company, also known as Lakeview Loan Servicing, is awful. I didn't choose this company but they bought my loan. In these unprecedented times of layoffs due to the Coronavirus, rather than offering loan deferment for people who are out of work they are offering a forbearance for up to 6 months BUT IS ALL DUE AT THE END OF THE FORBEARANCE. Who can come up with such a large amount of money if they aren't working? And why ask for the forbearance if you can come up with that large amount of money. They are only in it for the... read more

This company cares only for the money they get, and whatever it takes, they forget about laws and everything it includes . You have taken , held ,and lied to everyone. Using a poor resource system and a out dated auto made system, all of your customers pay more than they should. You need to be checked out by all government officials and also state officials and there state agencies . You are the worst mortgage company is our Country today. My mortgage was purchased by LoanCare recently and the nightmare has already begun. They gave an incorrect account number and notified me after I sent payment. Now they say I am delinquent. My bank says they received payment. They do not answer calls. If you request a call back you get a return call that is a recording telling you to call the number which they never answer. LoanCare sent a privacy notice, but, when you call the "special number" the automated response asks for your last 4 SSN digits and says they don't recogn... read more

They completely fumbled the handoff after buying my loan from original mortgage bank. They did not pay property taxes, and I had to work with Arlington County to get it resolved, and finally paid. Then they nearly forced their own (overpriced, and under-covering) insurance because they said I hadn't provided the insurance information. They now want to raise my monthly escrow payment by nearly $100. I have asked them to close my escrow account because they clearly aren't using it as designed. This is the worst Mortage company they don't care that the world is facing a pandemic they refuse to make completely reasonable accommodations during these trying times for their customers such as deferred payments like all the other mortgage companies and auto finance companies are offering this is the only company that is treating their customers in this manner as soon as this crisis is over I'm sure many customers will be switching to other mortgage companies like I am. I'd do zero but it won't let me. I can't get an agent on the phone at all. All the numbers posted for this company is a message that repeats itself over and over again getting no where and certainly not to an agent. They took 2 payments out of my account on the same day and I can't get anyone on the phone to speak about it. They have a terrible Customer service dept.

My complaint is that LoanCare 3637 Sentara Way Virginia Beach, VA 23452 has an automated system wherein you cannot speak to a human. Maybe this is their company's intention to not have any employees. However, unless you have an artificial intelligent (AI) working then they still need employees able to answer a phone. We took the time to try and call LoanCare for over 3 hours at their 800 number listed online and a local Virginia number and their system prompted the user to speak to a human the system puts the user back in a ... read more

Worse Customer Service I've ever dealt with! I called in the complain about a rep who was very rude to me. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor was rude and very obnoxious also. He actually pulled the call and justified the previous Customer service rep's action. This company is horrible
