I was with a different mortgage company and Loancare bought the mortgage. They charge a $10.00 fee for the convenience to pay online. They also charge a fee if you are 5 days late of $5.00 and a $10.00 fee if you are late 6 to 15 days late and an additional $10.00 if you are past the 15 days. I have been running late since September because my Mother was terminally ill and I hadn't been working. Very bad company; website not stable, mobile app does not work at all. You are charged $5+ to make a payment unless you mail in a check (wouldn't be surprised if there is a fee for that or late fees get put on by "mistake). I would avoid this company at all costs.

This company should not be allowed to exist! My loan was just transferred to this sorry excuse of a "company" and I am already experiencing issues with them! Customer service is a joke and their automated system was probably developed by two year old. This company overall is a waste of space and a joke!!!

Awful company. All I needed is to be able to pay my mortgage. The service is awful. I couldn't get on the phone with a human to actually make that payment. This is putting my credit score at risk!

Your nightmare has begun if you are seeking reviews. I just refi'd and part of the reason was to not ever have to deal with these clowns. They ripped me off of 8.33 months x $44. They purposely adjusted my 5:1 arm on th 20th of June instead of July 1st using the 1 year libor. You would be better off talking to a tree to get an issue resolved... I don't get how a company like MyLoanCare is allowed to exist, I've been dealing with sending Power Of Attorney documents via email to gain accessibility to deal with escrow. Loancare llc will not pay my property tax although I pay them an escrow for property tax every month. I have been calling weekly since January 1st and have been told they will take care of it and nothing happens. This company needs shut down!

Horrible they messed up my mortgage and escrows then threatened me with cancellation! They are the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. I wish I had a choice I would leave them immediately. I gave one star because I could not give a no star rating they suck
The absolute worst in the industry. I just happen to sign with them because of my real estate guy. Wont be using him anymore because of this. SO You can see the exact same thing reviewed to a Tee below. They wait about 5-6 years on paying because that is where they get all the interest from a interest loaded loan.
