This is the worst company to have your VA loan with, do not provide deferred payments, their system is outdated they do not keep your escrow accounts up dated , charge way to many for online payments fee, phone payments fee, do not do business with this company they need to go out business , before you close your loan ask which company their doing your loan with , and run away from this one this is not a veteran servicing company at all. CLOSE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible company! Had a fire in our house November 2019. They have our insurance money and don't want to pay out. We call every single day, always talk to a different person and no one seems to know what they are talking about. We keep getting the run around. It just seems like they want to keep the money.
2x customer service over the last 2 months after trying to pay extra on my loan toward principal. Last month customer service said they should be sending statements at the same time every month even if I pay extra on my loan. They do not. They just push back the statement date without telling me which leads to another phone call. They say I can go online to pay as well, but their fee structure states there is up to $15 fee to pay by phone, up to $10.00 to make a payment online. This feels like a bait and switch. Horrible, horrible service! LoanCare is the loan servicer for mortgage note that I hold on a property in Bullhead, AZ. The borrower was behind one payment by November. In November, I requested LoanCare mail a late payment notification letter to the borrower. They did not send the notification. In December, the borrower was still behind one payment. HORRIBLE customer service! They have totally messed up my escrow account!! I have never had issues with any other mortgage company like I've had with these people!
Horrible company. They messed up my escrow and won't adjust it back until time for tax payment. The raised my mortgage payment 150$ a month without any Legal reason too. Having to get help to force them to re-evaluate escrow they refuse to even though I provided correct info from county
Worst company ever. If you have a choice do not go with this company. They have not paid all of my property taxes from last year even though the amount was included in my escrow payment. They raised my payment stating enough wasn't included for the taxes even though I was previously paying this amount to my other mortgage company without any issues. I am unable to refinance away from them without paying the property taxes on my own. They leave you on hold and don't come back if they don't have an answer for you.
Is no good company play whit customer need go out of business
Horrible service. I think they try to force late payments and push owners into foreclosure. Haven't seen or heard a good word about this shady lot.
