They were very responsive to our needs and even met with our adjuster. The outcome from meeting with our adjuster was very favorable. The salesman they sent to our house knows exactly what the adjuster needs to consider and made sure that everything was taken care of. The roofers were prompt, reliable and courteous. The office staff was very professional in communications and we were pleased with the whole process. <br />

The month of May in Dallas was very rainey. It revealed problems with the roof. Contacted the company and set appointment. Inspector arrived at appointed time and inspected roof. The roof is old, appx. 15yo. I thought there would be a pitch (no pun intended) for a new roof. None came. The quote was reasonable. I was called to make repair appt. Repairs were made to my satisfaction. This company reroofed another property of mine and I found them to be as good than as they were now. <br />

Lon Smith has installed two roofs for me in recent years the last being three years ago. I have four skylights in my house. During all the rain in May one of my skylights began to leak into my sun room. I called Lon Smith and they sent Trent Hyde out to look at the roof and skylight. There was a split in the skylight and a new one had to be built and installed. The workmen came and measured the next day and the following week on Tuesday and Wednesday they came and built a new box for it and replaced flashing and shingles and... read more
