Bob Gibson, the estimator for Lon Smith Roofing, assigned to my case, came out and gave us an estimate within a couple of days of my phone call. After looking at roughly 5 bids, I chose Lon Smith because of their price and the professionalism of their sales staff. I have a flat portion on my roof that required special attention, and almost all of the other companies saw it as an opportunity to inflate charges. The office staff was helpful and friendly when I contacted them. The salesperson was prompt to contact meto set up an appointment. He arrived on time and was professional in appearance and demeanor. Once he identified the cause of the leak, he explained the remedy, the schedule, and the charge. The work crew was actually early (a plus!). They were courteous, quiet, and neat. We were pleased with the service from Lon Smith from start to finish. <br />

Tiles had to be removed, wood replaced, and a missing metal strip replaced. Actually the work was less than expected, so Lon Smith Roofing reduced the final payment.. I paid less than they estimated. . I would not have known that less work was needed than the estimated. They were VERY honest.
