Absolutely wonderful place and staff. I had went in there at midnight on Saturday with an indoor/outdoor cat. Little did i know that she was pregnant. They were so helpful. Kind,caring, professional and financially understanding. Thank you all for being so wonderful to animals. She had surgery the following day out east and now recovering. Everything is good.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr Michael Selmer and his extensive knowledge, empathy and skill in performing a miracle on my 7 year old dog with intervertebral disc disease. My dog was walking very slowly, looked to be in pain, couldn't handle stairs anymore and had to be pushed in a dog carriage for most of the walks. Dr Selmer's magic of chiropractic adjustment, acupuncture and cold laser delivered amazing results. My baby was already noticeably better by the third session and back to normal after the sixth. I have an asthmatic Bengal cat who can been suffering with asthma since we got her. My normal vet is twins in Bayshore but we were recommended here to a specialist my primary vet! I must say for a vet that has not the greatest reviews I'm really surprised because me and my wife are obsessed with Dr tumalty. He's the cat specialist there and he's amazing. Excellent! Our experience has been beyond satisfactory. From the moment we walked in (in panic , fear n concern) we were greeted with kindness from a staff that was eager to ease our worry n give us the comfort we so desperately needed. (especially Tiffany). Our Mickey was rushed to this hospital 2x within a few days n they were not only tentative but immediately remembered us n Mickey. They were also familiar with her case. I'm giving this place 3 stars because the prices are insane. They took care of my dog. They made sure he was ok. But they go off your emotions. They hit you with $4000 estimates per day just to monitor your pet. It should be illegal what they charge. They even have credit card pamphlets waiting with QR codes so u can apply and swipe some more. It just cost me $14,000 for 6 nights in the vet..... that being said the people are very nice there. Very positive experience with Dr. Sapienza who gave an honest assessment for our puppy's prognosis for retaining his vision. Shout-out to front desk staff, including Denise for being very thorough, kind and efficient.

Dr. Selner is phenomenal. He has dramatically increased the quality of life of my 13 yr old schnauzer who is living with a few significant chronic illnesses. He is honest, direct and so knowledgeable. I am eternally grateful to have found him.

Everyone was friendly to Britney. Totally my fault I was running a few mins late for her appointment, but they were able to accommodate us. No funny business, strictly medicine and professional veterinary care for my 15 year old Pomeranian. Britney needed to see Dr. Sapienza (Ophthalmologist) because of some clouding of her eyeballs. Britney's Veterinarian wasn't sure if it was cataracts, and referred us to LIVS. Thankfully, she doesn't have cataracts! The color of her eyeballs changed due to age. Her hair didn't turn... read more
