My dog Lucy was only a year old. She couldn't walk, and needed her hip replaced and her knee. Dr. Marino took great care of her. People didn't think she would live to see 3 years of age. She's turning 8 this month.
On behalf of my wife and myself I would like to thank Dr. Ireifej, his assistant Debbie, ICU staff and all staff who work overnight and day for your kindness & compassion during a difficult time in our life. We are thankful for your treatment, special attention and phone calls while Dutch was in your care. Your staff made this difficult time less stressful for us. You were all considerate of our family needs and more importantly the needs to our beloved Dog. I am sure you and your staff will continue the work you all do.
My parakeet was having seizures and I brought him in to LIVS last Wednesday morning. We saw Dr. Berman and she said she wasn't really able to help as much as she would like, but recommended we go to see an avian specialist. Not only was her recommendation great (Dr. Hoefer is amazing and my little boy is doing so much better!), but Dr. Berman DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME because she couldn't help. I don't think I have ever experienced so much kindness. Thank you so much LIVS and Dr. Berman!
