I wish I could give it 0 stars. I took my sick Yorky to this facility three times. Every single time I took him there it was not a great experience. But this is where my primary vet kept recommending me to go and I felt hopeless at the point. It was discovered after the second visits that he had oral cancer and they did an endoscopy. A biospy was taken and while we are waiting for pathology confirmation. They told me it would take five days. But I never got a call until three weeks after. During that three weeks. Be very cautious bringing your pet here. I had to bring my dog in for possible DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis) I was misinformed about the bill and needless to say when I went to get my dog the bill was revised agAin 4 more times. They do not give you updates overnight just "he is sleeping and has fresh water" no one can give u results until the afternoon and then each time I spoke with a different doctor I was given different information. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! This is a MONEY SUCKING PLACE who will try to get a run for your money if you are not paying attention. I was brought here because my vet recommended my dog needs overnight monitoring as he unexpectedly wasn't feeling well. This place took him in, monitored him overnight, performed god knows how many tests on him, calls to tell us all his results are normal therefore they don't know what is wrong with him, and continue to suggest more test because there are a million possibilities out there. This place currently has 2 1/2 stars and I'm actually surprised it's that high. Full disclosure, I did not take my pet here. However, will working with another gentlemen (who seemed perfectly pleasant) on the phone, I got to over here this other staff person complain about "how many times does she need to say the same thing", and "how do they not understand", etc. What a shit human. Dr. Golden, a mean and bad internal specialist. Said my 18 year old cat has cancer and we've found out that she didn't. This place functions so bad and I won't be going back here ever again. Let me 18 year old cat waited 6 plus hours in the cold while having clustered seizure. And no doctor was able to see her for 6 plus hours.

Absolute worst place I've ever taken my pet to. No care, over priced, awful customer service. I'd like to leave no stars and be able to remove their license to do business. Took my pet in for an emergency visit: one week later I can't get a call back from the vet or anyone. Just a bunch of people who don't care who say someone will call back in an hour. For the past 5 days. They won't send me the lab reports until I hear from the vet but the vet won't call me back. Disgraceful.

this place does not care about animals!!! they are all about the money!!! stay away!! after a year of visits, ultrasounds, x-rays, bloodtests, and multiple wrong diagnosis .... then surgery, and biopsy. after $20,000 dollars ... we finally find out my cat has cancer. so we make an appointment with their oncologist. who after speaking with me once... didn't appreciate my tone and me questioning her about appointments and medications. so she canceled and refused to treat my cat. she rather let him suffer and die. dr... read more

Still wishing I could give them a rating of zero. Our Bella has since passed on. Lexi called me back this morning and was just as unepathetic as the staff that treated her over the weekend. When I refused to let her push me off the phone she basically hung up on me! Save yourself a ton of heartache and please visit the emergency vet in Huntington or West Islip. After speaking to a fee friends about my experience, they said I wish you had reached out because I would have told you to stay away from this place.

I came here in late October 2020, when there were still a bit of COVID-19 regulations. Specifically, you had to wait in the parking lot, call reception and let them know your license plate, and wait for someone to come by and get your pet. The parking lot was a madhouse and not meant for lots of people waiting. It was a bit stressful not knowing when someone would come by to get my pet even though we had an appointment.
