I will be honest, I do not understand the reviews here. My experience that I just had over the past few weeks has been absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I have a spa that I bought just under 3 years ago that formed a crack in the shell. It was still under warranty thank goodness and LPI is honoring that warranty with a replacement. I have read most of the reviews on here and it is my opinion that much of the negativity of the feedback given here is not the error or fault of LPI, but rather the customers not really understanding proper protocol when operating and using a hot tub. I have had several issues with the tub since i bought it. Working with the service team was challenging at times but they did not give up in their efforts to assist me with my issues. In the end they provided me with the parts I needed to make the necessary repairs. I also ordered parts of my own from energysaverspaequipment.com and also worked with Larry at LPI parts department to determine the correct parts. This review is a little different as I want to try to explain what you might be walking into with this company but plan to stay neutral so you can form your own opinion on it! Bought their cold plunge less than a year ago have had to replace numerous parts. Customer service is horrible. Their product is absolute crap. Do not buy it. Worst company ever. All crap Chinese parts.

DO NOT buy from this company. I paid for my hot tub in Matthwes, NC on March 14th. They explained that it would be a couple of weeks in production and a couple of weeks for delivery. It shipped from their factory on 3/23/26. Only after making 5 calls to the place where I purchased it, did I get a call to schedule delivery. Unacceptable! They just need to close up shop if this is the best in customer service that they can provide.

Don’t buy a hot tub if this company is the warranty company! This is a letter I just sent them: I am so unhappy with my warranty and the service from your company that I’m going to sell my hot tub that is four months old for half price. If you wanna make it up to me, find me a buyer. Charging me $100 for a warranty item service call and then not even having a fuse that I could buy from your employee doesn’t sit well with me. Unfortunately, we cannot control onsite inventory for third party technicians - we had shipped the full pump as indicated during the limited troubleshooting. We do adhere to the warranty as written. The tech bill was waived as a courtesy, though fuses fall under the warranty exclusion.
I bought a hot tub about 4 years ago from aqua living, aka “LPI” and I started having a leak even after I was told it was evaporation. Then the pump failed.. was told it was a fuse on the pump… there was no fuse on the pump. I replaced the pump with a better pump and this is all at my expense. Then I took off all the panels and so huge number of leaks and some were huge leaks.. so I started researching how to fix, bought all the proper supplies and equipment and literally replaced all the piping with proper fittings and the ... read more
