I will be honest, I do not understand the reviews here. My experience that I just had over the past few weeks has been absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I have a spa that I bought just under 3 years ago that formed a crack in the shell. It was still under warranty thank goodness and LPI is honoring that warranty with a replacement. I have read most of the reviews on here and it is my opinion that much of the negativity of the feedback given here is not the error or fault of LPI, but rather the customers not really understanding proper protocol when operating and using a hot tub. I have had several issues with the tub since i bought it. Working with the service team was challenging at times but they did not give up in their efforts to assist me with my issues. In the end they provided me with the parts I needed to make the necessary repairs. I also ordered parts of my own from energysaverspaequipment.com and also worked with Larry at LPI parts department to determine the correct parts. This review is a little different as I want to try to explain what you might be walking into with this company but plan to stay neutral so you can form your own opinion on it! My experience is with an LPI-manufactured TT450 spa. LPI (LPI, Inc.) manufactures and sells several spa lines, including Tuff Spas, Catalina Spas, Dr. Wellness, and other related brands. My spa developed a leak about four months after installation. The people I dealt with were pleasant, but my experience with the product and customer service was very disappointing. LPI\Aqua living Hot tubs *******me on a warranty issue when the item was clearly bad when brand new!! Tried to get the Phone app to work but found out with the help of tech. support that the Wi-Fi modules were bad. Tried all this after 90 days, which is the warranty duration for the Wi-Fi modules!! LPI WILL NOT honor a warranty on these Wi-Fi modules. Crazy!! What electronic item these days doesn't have at least a 1 year warranty??!! I'm not at all happy with the warranty team.
Horrific experience!! Nothing but issues since purchasing a hot tub!! First one deliver with smashed in panel and cover not adjusted correctly!! Problems for a yr! They finally sent us a new one and it arrived! The new one also has smashed panel and incorrect fitting cover!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with LPI HOT TUB!!!! Save your money....they have terrible quality, service, and leadership. My hot tub is only two months old and we have not been able to use it to due multiple issues, right from delivery!!! It was delivered with scratches all over the front panels, 6 had to be replaced, it had rusty water stains inside and then several non working parts. Bought their cold plunge less than a year ago have had to replace numerous parts. Customer service is horrible. Their product is absolute crap. Do not buy it. Worst company ever. All crap Chinese parts.
