I will be honest, I do not understand the reviews here. My experience that I just had over the past few weeks has been absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I have a spa that I bought just under 3 years ago that formed a crack in the shell. It was still under warranty thank goodness and LPI is honoring that warranty with a replacement. I have read most of the reviews on here and it is my opinion that much of the negativity of the feedback given here is not the error or fault of LPI, but rather the customers not really understanding proper protocol when operating and using a hot tub. First, I'd like to state that I purchased my hot tub in 2010 from this company and it is running even better in 2024. I have had several issues with the tub since i bought it. Working with the service team was challenging at times but they did not give up in their efforts to assist me with my issues. In the end they provided me with the parts I needed to make the necessary repairs. I also ordered parts of my own from energysaverspaequipment.com and also worked with Larry at LPI parts department to determine the correct parts. This review is a little different as I want to try to explain what you might be walking into with this company but plan to stay neutral so you can form your own opinion on it! I will explain my ups and downs with this company. First you see the ad on tv, visit there store, fall in love with what your hot tub salesmen shows you, then you get it a little bit later then promised but that's to be expected because of COVID. I bought a hot tub about 4 years ago from aqua living, aka “LPI” and I started having a leak even after I was told it was evaporation. Then the pump failed.. was told it was a fuse on the pump… there was no fuse on the pump. I replaced the pump with a better pump and this is all at my expense. Then I took off all the panels and so huge number of leaks and some were huge leaks.. so I started researching how to fix, bought all the proper supplies and equipment and literally replaced all the piping with proper fittings and the ... read more

I Absolutely do not recommend. I purchased my spa almost a year ago and I’ve been trying to get several important issues with it resolved since then. The majority of the staff I’ve spoken to is completely inept in regards to giving any accurate information. It’s taken 10 months to be able to speak to a technician. When I finally did, he didn’t even know what spa I owned. He hadn’t bothered to look up the serial number and was giving me information about an entirely different model. DO NOT RECOMMEND LPI TO purchase a HOT TUB FROM. Side panel damaged and multiple calls and even going to Plant to get it resolved. Here it is 2026 and still NOTHING.THEY WILL not stand BEHIND WARRANTY. THEY just keep blowing us off.. I would never ever recommend them.

Aqua Living customer service and warranty work is handled by this LPI company as soon as you open a claim within 3 days they send you a notification it's been closed and resolved before they even come out to look at the problem or attempt to fix it sometimes they request pictures any attempt to slow things down. I am going to seek resolution in the court system it's terrible 11,000 hot tub that's only four months old and they won't stand behind it they continually close the claims that I open without even looking at the hot ... read more

Terrible product and even worse customer service! They are fraudulent in their marketing and practices. Bought an Aqua Living hot tub less than a year ago! It developed a leak and they say their warranty doesn't’t cover it! Less than a year and over $2,000 in repairs. Please avoid LPI and Aqua Living products!!!
