I will be honest, I do not understand the reviews here. My experience that I just had over the past few weeks has been absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I have a spa that I bought just under 3 years ago that formed a crack in the shell. It was still under warranty thank goodness and LPI is honoring that warranty with a replacement. I have read most of the reviews on here and it is my opinion that much of the negativity of the feedback given here is not the error or fault of LPI, but rather the customers not really understanding proper protocol when operating and using a hot tub. First, I'd like to state that I purchased my hot tub in 2010 from this company and it is running even better in 2024. I have had several issues with the tub since i bought it. Working with the service team was challenging at times but they did not give up in their efforts to assist me with my issues. In the end they provided me with the parts I needed to make the necessary repairs. I also ordered parts of my own from energysaverspaequipment.com and also worked with Larry at LPI parts department to determine the correct parts. This review is a little different as I want to try to explain what you might be walking into with this company but plan to stay neutral so you can form your own opinion on it! I will explain my ups and downs with this company. Terrible product and even worse customer service! They are fraudulent in their marketing and practices. Bought an Aqua Living hot tub less than a year ago! It developed a leak and they say their warranty doesn't’t cover it! Less than a year and over $2,000 in repairs. Please avoid LPI and Aqua Living products!!!
We have had the spa for a year; we bought it December 1, 2024 but never had much time to use it until recently. So recently, we decided to get in on my day off. We noticed there was a dime-sized crack in the shell. We also have a crack on the control panel where the cover (factory installed) hits the control panel when it closes. A work order has been created to address the UV leak and damaged screen saver (this is not capable of causing the electrical to trip). A technician should be assigned shortly. Your warranty is being honored as written and we want to resolve this to your satisfaction.
I bought a $6k hot tub from them. It came with a warped side panel. I mentioned it on delivery to the company that brought it to my home. I called them and asked them to fit it. The customer service person told me they don’t fix panels and it was my issue. They would send me a new panel though. So it’s my issue to fix their defect? They did send me a new panel although it was the wrong side after 8 week's they sent me the right panel. The one they sent was over an inch taller than the original. Our apologies for delay in resolution and inconvenience. The warranty does list skirting panels and corners as an exception; as no specialty tools are required. Traditionally, there is a portion of the panel that will fit under the acrylic lip.
Aqua Living Spa by LPI I really did not want to write this but am so frustrated I had to. I have had noting but issues with the Dr Wellness Aqua Living Spa from LPI since I purchased it this spring (2025). I selected this company/spa instead of a local supplier because 1 feature was particularly desirable. To be able to remote control the Spa and water temperature using my iPhone. That feature has NEVER worked properly. Even after the sub tier supplier shipped me a new remote module it does NOT work. LPI’s way to address my ... read more
