I bought a $6k hot tub from them. It came with a warped side panel. I mentioned it on delivery to the company that brought it to my home. I called them and asked them to fit it. The customer service person told me they don’t fix panels and it was my issue. They would send me a new panel though. So it’s my issue to fix their defect? They did send me a new panel although it was the wrong side after 8 week's they sent me the right panel. The one they sent was over an inch taller than the original. Our apologies for delay in resolution and inconvenience. The warranty does list skirting panels and corners as an exception; as no specialty tools are required. Traditionally, there is a portion of the panel that will fit under the acrylic lip.

Aqua Living Spa by LPI I really did not want to write this but am so frustrated I had to. I have had noting but issues with the Dr Wellness Aqua Living Spa from LPI since I purchased it this spring (2025). I selected this company/spa instead of a local supplier because 1 feature was particularly desirable. To be able to remote control the Spa and water temperature using my iPhone. That feature has NEVER worked properly. Even after the sub tier supplier shipped me a new remote module it does NOT work. LPI’s way to address my ... read more

Just another review like every other one on here. The absolute worst customer service ive ever had to deal with. After only 2 weeks, pumo 2 stopped turning on from the display button. Pump 1 button also does not work when trying to enter programming mode. I reach out to lpi to get this fixed and they reply that they need pictures of the hot tub and the pad it is located on, nothing else. Send that email. They reply the next day asking for more pictures, get back to them the next day because im at work, they get back and ask ... read more

Initial troubleshooting reduces the likelihood of a repeat technician visit. A trip charge was billed per the warranty. Components were received and a technician scheduled. We apologize for the frustration experienced, but will continue to adhere to our standard operating procedures.

One of our jets were leaking. We tried to get Parts but we told our spa was discontinued and parts were not available We bought the spa at the fair approx 3 yrs ago. This is horrible customer service.so what do you do with a 3 yr old spa that you cant fix.

I contacted lpi for warranty repairs on my tuff spa. They could not find anyone to repair my spa for less than $400. Many calls, many emails, no solution. I'm in san diego! Found my own repair person. Terrible, ineffective company.

The labor warranty for your 2022 TT 150 was for 6 months. We were trying to assist you in finding a local technician, but there was an out of warranty service charge that was disputed prior to service being rendered (this was following a cancellation from the third party). As the funds were not available, service would not be provided We were and are still glad to honor the intact portions of your warranty.

Company will not take responsibility for their mistakes, nor correctly deal with a problem with their product. Blaming me the customer for the problem, and giving out at least one repair tech’s number that is not a working number.

A review and subsequent verification from our factory technician reveals that the component is compatible, and is in fact a 2 bhp upgrade from the original component with the same fittings. I purchased a spa from Signature Spas Platinum (LPI Inc.) approximately 8 months ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. After less than a year of use, a key valve already failed—an issue that should not occur this early with a supposedly premium product.
