Worst company ever this system was supposed to support my hole house with energy. The sale rep claimed I would have a $30 duke energy bill that was a lie my bill from them is raging $120 to $250 plus the solar bill it's dubbed my bill for energy consumption. Lumio Solar is ok, not saving what they told me. Been calling them two to three times a month for over a year about when theyre going to send my 2 reimbursement checks. They say they are approved, just waiting on accounting. The supervisor is always unable and they say theyll have them call me back but never do. I wonder how many other people are having this same issue.

First and foremost, this company is very unprofessional and unethical. They refuse to handover the two separate contracts that I need to show to get insurance to pay for the roof. They have been avoiding a beating around the **** an withholding the information I need, not only for the insurance sake but my sake.

I would choose another solar company. The price compared to other places is much higher, almost double. We were not give all the information before we bought the solar panels. They feed you with limited information to keep you happy, but not full disclosures. Disappointed customer. I would also get more information on insurance on solar panels in ******** before I bought any. I wish they would also give more information on the tax credit and more honest about it. Getting real tired of the door to door sales in an age where social media, radio or any other plethora of options are available to reach consumers. To top it off I have on more than 3 occasions politely asked that they stop coming to my house (they even disregard the "no soliciting" sign).

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THE COMPANY!!! I am currently in the middle of a nightmare. When the salesman came to my door several months ago, the first thing I told him was I not interested if there were any fees involved. I was told that there were no fees involved other than the monthly payment once everything has been installed and was up and running with FPL. This is the most crooked business we have ever dealt with!! Do not even let them through your door! They "lied" to us by not telling us the options we had! They never gave us the option of an instant payoff. All the salesman kept telling us was we needed no money down, & we would make payments of $166 a month for 18 months, & from then on monthly payments of $237. I usually don't care about soliciting door to door; as long as it is done during daylight hours. However, these people have come to my door on more than one occasion at 7:30PM. This is the time I am getting my kids ready for bed. I have informed them every time that I am a renter and I am not interested in their business, nor will I provide my landlord's information for them to solicit him. They still come back, regardless.
