Had a guy show up at my door today selling Lumio. I advised him of our no solicitation policy in our neighborhood as well as my signs. He told me he was expressing his freedom of speech and advised me that I could call the police. I told him he was trespassing and he needed to leave my property. We have been visited by these sales reps twice. Both walked right past our "No Soliciting" sign and refuse to leave our porch when told, "No," politely multiple times. I have no doubts about their predatory business practices based on the outrageous aggression of their sales reps. STOP KNOCKING ON MY DOOR & RINGING MY BELL!

The worse profesional liar in the all world,,,don't let them lie and use you as a piece of trash,,,they sold me the service, everything look so good to be true,,I finance it because I couldn't afford $43000 and they told me I would pay $164 the first year and then the payments will go up if I haven't paid enough for it the first year,,I freak out and ***** went like,but don't worry about it because you'll get a refund of around $12000 when you declare your taxes,,,well guess what? The person I got in touch with for solar panels refused to apply for more panels when he was setting up my house, stating that I could always get more if it was an issue. I told him that the power id get from 8 panels wouldnt be enough, but that didnt matter. He's since ghosted me, and it's exactly what I said would happen so now I'm paying my solar panel bill as well as nearly 100 dollars a month to the electric company for the excess electrical use. So much for saving money

Your privacy is unsafe with Lumio. The sales Representatives lie, the work from home employees do not keep your information safe, and good luck getting help with any issues or a response back, not to mention the ***** ACTION LAWSUIT that is currently in place- also, they are being sued by a few employees as well. Lumio is in the process of being shut down.

0 STARS ************* ever. First they lie, then they send out unqualified subcontractor to install panel, which takes them a month to complete, then when the roof starts leaking then ghost you and refuse to correct the problem. If you are looking for solor panel look for another company.

I am extremely disappointed with Lumio Solar. My mother, who is on a fixed social security income, was misled by the sales agent who assured us she could qualify for the solar tax credit despite not filing taxes. This turned out to be false information, as confirmed by a tax professional who sees this situation regularly.My mother would never have agreed to the installation if she knew she wouldn't receive the tax credit, a key factor in making the project financially feasible. This has been a nightmare unfortunately I made the wrong decision and now Im paying two bills solar and Pge They lied the agent told me you will end paying on the Pge bill about ten dollars ,but currently Im paying over ****** plus the solar bill also when they were in the process on installation they started charging before the system was running. Hola mi gente Latina no ***** negocio con Lumio ellos Son mentirosos te van a decir que pagars 10 dlares en tu bill the pge y no es verdad terminaras pagando doble.

Ridiculous!! Leave our door alone!! We put up no solicitation signs and they are still ringing the bell
