Signed the contract. Loan was funded to Lumio, but they have not finished the job, still have not connected the panels to the electrical meter. Panels were installed June 5, 2023, as of Dec. 8 2023 we have had to pay Lumio bill and electric bill BOTH. Lumio has stopped all communication. I am being ripped off for an exorbitant amount of money.

I bought the Solar System for our home in ******** ******** in March of 2023 the first 2 months were in consistent in readings an. Installers were extremely unprofessional and under the influence of drugs during the install. I called the company to voice my concerns and request an inspection of the work performed by the impaired installers. The company did nothing to ensure the install was correct or to remedy the situation with their customer. The sales person that comes inside your house is a liar and can not be trusted. Do not use this business when other businesses are out that offering better quality.

Very aggressive sales pitch as agents are coming around at 6:45 on a Sunday walking door to door in the dark. Have some morals and conduct business with integrity.

If I could undo our contract with them I would. Their installers are the worst at responding. Our roof was damaged in March and because of them it has yet to be repaired. It has taken jumping through hoops and phone calls after phone calls to get someone to understand what was needed from them to get the *** check to them. They have it but yet cannot give a time to get out here to remove the solar panels so the roofers can repair the roof. I will not ever recommend this company again.

Company ignores no solicitation sign and multiple verbal requests to go away. Multiple knocks on my door for courtesy of letting you know we will be working in your area ie we use this as an excuse to contact you regardless of your no solicitation sign. Then they ask if I want solar to lower my bills. Plus they knocked on my door with shave and a haircut knock from *****************, are you serious? Lumino = clown shoes.

I have panels that were incorrectly installed 2 years ago by ****, who was bought by Lumio. Lumio therefore assumes the responsibility for the lifetime warranty on these panels. The first year or so i had the panels, they worked as advertised. it took about a year to get our solar online from Lumio, Call after Call, after call. Horrible customer service. only thing they try to do is STALL. they put the panels in the wrong place. it was put on a pad mount. I told the person putting in the holes for the structure that it was in the wrong place, and he said it's too late now!!! so that's my fault?? No communication whatsoever.
