False information given regarding tax credit and when we would get it, which hasn't happened the way they informed us, Very rarely will you get a call back, nor can you get anyone in corporate, no one will give that info out. This has been a nightmare; I had this system installed and it has not worked efficiently since having them installed half the panels aren't reporting. I Called customer service many times for a technician to come out and resolved the issue, they send me a link that says NO APPIIONTMENTS available. They said they will reimburse me for my bill 3 months ago and credit my account, nothing yet and the complaint still hasn't been resolved a lot of run around. 0 stars! Lumio purchased the company that originally installed our solar panels (incorrectly) that resulted in the roof over the master bedroom leaking, which ultimately lead to the ceiling over the bed fully collapsing. This also exposed completely saturated insulation and black mold, which required mitigation and replacement as well as the need to replace drywall and paint. ********************* an employee of Lumio Solar was soliciting in ******************************* in ********, ** and continued his soliciting even after the residents told him that there was "NO SOLICTICING" by order of the sheriff's department within our community ["no trespassing signs were also posted on the owner's property] . He became verbally abusive to several of the residents, to the point that the residents felt physically threatened.

I had them install solar panels a couple of months ago. 20 out of 58 panels are not working. It took a threat of legal action to get service scheduled. The service technician never showed up and did not call. Two days ago I had a leak in my roof which lines up exactly with where the solar equipment is installed. I filed a complaint and have heard nothing back.These guys are clowns. Do yourself a favor and use someone else for solar. I am now left with no option other than to get a lawyer.

We recently had a sales rep out and decided to sign the agreement, knowing there is a three day rescission period. The sales rep was unwilling to let us spend a few days reviewing the information before signing. After he left, we did some research and learned:- he lied by saying that the tax credit for solar can be applied to the cost of a new roof. Solar panels are a joke and a giant scam. Just one big lie. Salesman will tell you anything to get a sale. Lumino is a joke of a company. Panels donot produce enough energy. Ofcourse there estimates are way higher than whatcthe panels can produce then they have the nerve to try and sell me more panels to put on my house. There numbers are wrong si that should be on them. Their product is garbage. Donot get solar panels.

Im regretting this decision here, they didnt keep their word about anything from the beginning. Took them over a year to get it working and expected payment immediately after we had agreed that, after the system was installed and performing properly for 2 months is when the payments were supposed to start, that was a lie. They said that it would save us no less than $1200.00 a year, its cost us more, almost twice as much as it was before we started this nightmare. If I could rate zero stars I would. Lumio installed solar panels on my house in May 2023. An inspection by someone within the company was to supposed to be done but never was. Like ***** weather is, we had a cold front first week of November. I went to turn on the heater and it didnt come on. I called *********** and he tells me after several attempts to install a new transformer, they would burn up. He said the solar panels is putting out too much voltage.
