Can negative 5 stars be an option? We signed our documents on February 21, 2023 and as of today (11/27/2023) we are still NOT up and running. Trying to get information from Lumio has been a nightmare and exhausting. Signed, then waited. After waiting for 4 months, we had to email and ask to hear there was problem with the roof. Was not told we had to ask! Install competed and 3 months later after several emails and calls was told the inspector would be sent before the panel upgrade!!! **************** *****.. got a system back in february half of the panels(13) stop working in August so ive been calling them so they can send someone to fix them like they promise an all i get is the same BS they tell me all the time Someone is going to contact you to set an appointment so they can get them fix. Or were going to expedite them to het me taken care of but there all LIES!!There fast to sell you service an get you installed but HORRIBLE at takimg care of customers I DONT Recommend LUMIO to ANYONE!I was so excit... read more

We were supposed to get 0% interest same as cash for a year but they immediately sold our loan and changed the agreement and we were being charged daily interest even though we confirmed with the salesman at signing no less than 10 times that we would not be charged anything additional if paid in under a year. We are owed money back and feel very scammed now

Waited months and months for them to install panels. Could never get anyone on the phone to resolve the issues. The sales ppl at the beginning were very charming and persuasive-beware.. it all ends once they have your sale. Also they damaged my roof and sent a non certified or just out of training electrician and he wired something incorrectly that left us without a stove for the weekend. the worst co i have dealt with for a larger purchase by far! Solar panels illegally installed on my house. Tried numerous times to speak to supervisor(s), who are always in meetings, to discuss. Never called back, once. Got fined by my HOA, for these solar panels. Being fined again. I have sent numerous emails about this, nothing ever resolved, except more money out of my pocket.

I bought my solar system and I have worked for this company. it is an absolute scam they are absolutely brutalizing customers. They owe me $15,000 in commissions and my team more than a few hundred thousand dollars. I hoped they would pay me out, I hopped on a recruiting group interview and they were bragging about my former boss making millions of dollars last year and the year before. This is a multi-level marketing PONZI scheme. Do not buy from this company and do not work for this company.

A 2 tier 45 panal system has been installed on my house and will not pass inspection because they hit a wire somewhere. Been out once and couldn't find the problem and didn't show up on the 2nd appointment. I have turned the matter over to my lawyer here in Charlotte County ******* and will go from there. 0 out of 5 for customer service.

Horrible! Extremely regret having anything to do with this company. *** filed a complaint with the **** office, upon which I was given a person dedicated to this who doesnt accept phone calls or texts, and doesnt return calls or answer questions or messages. My panels were installed on April 20, 2022, and Im still waiting for inspections. Maddening. I cant get anyone to even mail copies of ************. Techs who have been to my home no longer work for the company. Not one person Ive ever dealt with has shown accountability.
