Signed up with this company with the promise that we would be getting a Genrac Generator installed along the solar panels. Its in the contract. It has been almost a year and we still havent received the generator. We have made multiple attempts to reach out and nothing. They used Genrac to sell solar panels. Its illegal and false advertisement.

These guys are the worst. They promise you the world and then when you need them they are nowhere to be found. STAY AWAY. I'm paying the same energy bill and now a dollar loan that matches it. Absolute scam artists.

We are very frustrated. We have had nothing but problems with Lumio/Deca. First, we were sold a system that didn't actually meet our needs (although we were told it did) and then it.took over 9 months to get it turned on. After it was active, we went from paying around $300-$350 a month for energy to about $400 and it will increase more as winter comes. We bought a second system and have seen no increase in production. Our base payment for panels is now $420 or so, and we still have an electric bill of around $80, even after... read more

I had a solar array installed by Lumio three months ago. To this date it is not operational. I have tried to call and contact Lumio without response.

The salesman told me that I would have the solar panels installed and at the date of installation I would receive a check for $1000 and an app to monitor the panels. Its been 6 months and no check and no app and no call back. I have called the sales rep and nothing has happened. The men who installed the panels were absolutely awesome, I applaud them for being professional and accurate but as for open promises ***** has fallen short. Hope you don't have to call customer service or get a refund. They are NOT GOOD at refunding money for services rendered, but when you need something done ie removing panels for a new roof, they want their money before they will schedule them.

Good luck getting a refund for services not offered. We were advised that we would have to pay upfront to have our panels removed and reinstalled in order to have our roof repaired. Then we were told that they don't offer this service. We have not received a refund after a month of phone calls. To me, this seems fraudulent. But that's just my opinion. I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that demands money for services not offered and then refuses to issue a full refund.
