They have come to my door multiple times, ignoring my no trespassing and no soliciting signs. This is a company who clearly only cares about a sale, and not its customers or even an honest reputation.

I have had my solar installed for almost a year now, and since then I have not heard from Lumio about my *********** wall. I've called Lumio almost a dozen times in the past six months only to be told that some one will call back (manager) and no one does. I have asked repeatedly to speak to someone (supervisor or manager) and I get the same "someone will call you back". I have a contract with them and my payments to them include a Tesla battery wall. I'm being cheated and they are breaking the contract.

Sales people told us multiple things that weren't true and when we try to talk to a supervisor about them we are told that there isn't any one available.

Lumio is a rip off. The story is so long it could take me hours to write it out. They tried every chance to ******* us. We now know we paid at least ****** more than we should have. Not only did it take them 6 months to complete the install and the only reason is we called and made sure the funds were held until we HAD to release it. The door to door person is a complete *****. Worst company to do business with, they dont return calls in a timely manner. They sell your business off and dont give all the information up front. This company is a scam.

Lumio owes my contractor approximately $20,000 and refuses to pay! Attempts to get them to pay have fallen on def ears and there is zero concern or care from the company!

I gave a 1 star review because unfortunately I cannot give zero. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. It has been almost a year since we received our panels and our garage has been damaged for that whole time without them fixing it. While installing the panels the contracted company decided to step through our ceiling and not inform us about it. We have tried calling and calling Lumio to get them to fix it to no avail. Lumio. Sigh. The salesman, who I will call J, was great. I mean any time I had a question, I could call him and he would answer. He really made me feel comfortable with the whole process...until I had an issue after install. Then...he was a ghost. The installer was so nice and professional at the time as well. After install my roof began leaking. I called, they asked me to send pictures. Seemed reasonable.
