Lumio is GARBAGE as a company!!! The only good thing about Lumio was their excellent salesman. Unfortunately, the rest of the company is worthless! The poor salesman has since found a new job outside of this piece of c*** company because he felt so terrible about how the rest of the company beyond him treats people. I'm still waiting for a phone call back from a supervisor, ANY SUPERVISOR, since April!!! I've been forced to start making payments on my panels but still don't have solar power!! No star they have now sent four different people at different times, although I told them I wasn't interested the first time and this last guy was caught on camera cussing at us because he was hot and asked for a bottle of water, but we didn't have any, even though my wife said he could come in and get a glass of water he just turned and as he was leaving said I know yall have a f...ing bottle of water.

Started solar systems for 2 houses April 2023. They offer no payments until system operational and did not happen. Finally, one of the systems was approved and as of Aug still waiting for the approved payment refunded to me. The second system as of Aug not operational approved and 2 payments done. Project managers not responding and just words no action.

My dealings with Lumio has been a nightmare, salesperson named ***** lied to us and smiled. He told us we would receive 30% of bill we could use on our loan to drop payments, dont work like that. He figured up said it would be ****** a month for 18 months, never said a thing about the ****** for 25 years. Took months to finish and I finally had to turn it on myself. ***** and another back up came twice while I wasnt home coaxed my wife to open computer so she could sign my name still wouldnt go threw, so ***** took a picture... read more

Lumio Solar salespeople keep coming by my house. They are rude as h*** Very pushy and very snarky. I tell them to leave, and they don't. I tell them to get off my property, and they don't. Bunch of a******* I wouldn't do business with them if I were paid too. Horrible company. Disgusting.

First off, there is NO rebate from IRS, this is a lie. So your payment will go up. I've had these panels for almost two years and have not saved any money but it has costed me money and now a $66k loan is on my credit. There was a miscalculation on their part in the consumption, but they blame me for it since, according to them, I should have caught it. So now I will be paying for extra panels. Once you get these installed you can't get them removed. I have 3 other Family members who got panels through Lumio... they were sca... read more

Seemed scam like from the start. Would not give any actual information unless we agreed to an hour long sit down meeting with a "specialist" within 48 hours. The person who came to the meeting was nice. We decided not to go forward. They have sent three more groups, and keep calling. When I ask them to stop they hang up on me then call again. We are looking at solar, but will not choose Lumio.

Company full of excuses and I will have someone call you back. It took over a year to even get connected because of "needing inspections and permits". Ones that had been in place for months on end. After we finally got online no one will answer our questions and we continue to get an error notification for our gateway meter with nothing but more we will have someone call you and no one showing up to correct things.
