This company is fraudulent!! I wish I had read the reviews prior to installing the solar panels. I am experiencing the same issues I am reading about. My solar panels were installed and set to production on May 24, 2023. My energy bill has increased! I have made multiple calls to have my system evaluated without any success. Do not get solar panels with these guys, they will make you all sorts of promises when trying to make the sale but literally ALL OF IT IS A LIE. Look if your lucky enough to see this review before making a decisions i strongly advice you NOT TO DO IT. They are liars and scammers and will stop replying to you after they make the sale. Worst experience ever! I am still waiting (three months later) for them to finish the job. I still havent seen the electrician to hook it up,I get a lot of promises but no one doing much. Sales rep ***** provide accurate info on Fed rebates so it is costing me over 10K more than I anticipated. I got the panels put on ******* June 16th and it is now July 19th and still just have a bunch of non-working panels on *******. AWFUL, TERRIBLE, INSANLY BAD COMPANY!!!! They are incompetent, liars, and thieves. The electrical inspector who has over 30 years experience, said they are by far the worst company he's dealt with and asked me to review them to get the word out. They didn't do one single thing right, caused a lot of damage, and lied about almost everything! Also, damaged 2 other neighbors homes. Can be more detailed later, but wanted to post something ASAP. If you already have a contract with them, CANCEL IT!!!

I am having the same horrible experiences as the other 1 star reviews. No communication at all. Never explained the process and how long it will actually take for the panels to work. I have called and called customer support. In fact, I called Sunday they promised my accounts manager would call me Monday morning. Nothing. Nothing but a scanning company. The sales rep wrote me a proposal stating my solar would produce 139% of what my current production was with electricity. Turns out it might only produce 20%. I went from a $180 a month electric bill to a $200 a month electric bill plus the payment for the solar. Stay away from this company.

I would give these guys a negative star rating if I could. This has got to be the worst solar company out there. It has been a year since we signed the installation cintract with Lumio and our panels have not even been switched on. And to top it off, they told us that if the panels weren't running and we started getting billed by the lender they would reinburse us. Quick to sell us Solar with many promises etc. NO communication after they have you signed! Many calls finally got panels installed but many more calls required to get electrical panel done! Then failed city inspections 3 times! Finally they discussed with inspector and it was passed. Then the promised rebate has been in process since 1/20/23! Despite many calls has not materialized! Dishonest company! Your rep came to my door in ****, ** on 7/5/2023- in spite of "no trespassing" and "no soliciting" signs- claiming to work for "the power company". I pointed to the posted notices, only to receive a response of "I'm not selling anything". He was, and he was also trespassing. This pushy rep refused to leave the premises, kept asking for personal info, and said he would be back. Utterly disgusting (and illegal). What kind of shady business are you running?
