Do not us this company Lumio solar for a solar purchase. When I purchase the panels the company was Deca solar and now it's Lumio solar. They claim that they merged with Deca Solar. It has been one year and six months since my panels were installed and still not functioning. You buy their systems. They tell you that you have a 25 year warranty and when you have a legitimate problem, they give every reason not the adhere to the warranty. STAY AWAKE ***** THESE FRAUDS!!!!

Tired of these solicitors, even when a sign is posted stating NO TRESPASSING, NO SOLICITORS, he claimed he was not soliciting. This company needs to learn how to respect peoples' property rights, and know that they ARE soliciting. Also claiming that you represent the local power company is an outright lie.

My husband and I purchased solar panels from Lumio, formerly ************ Energy (AKE) in March of 2022. Once installed, the solar panels worked from May until September. At that point, 21 micro-invertors stopped reporting and needed to be replaced. It was not until December that the solar panels were producing energy again. We contacted Lumio on June 12th of 2023 after realizing that the solar panels had not produced any power since March. We still have not been contacted by a service technician to come out and fix the prob... read more

The installation had issues and in the first 6 months of having their panels Ive had to have technicians come out 3 times. This latest time a third of my panels havent been working for over a month and I still cant get anyone to come fix them. The service after they make the sale is terrible.

I've told three different Lumio representatives that I'm not interested. The third time ******* said she had the authority to ignore my No Solicitation sign because of the Inflation Reduction Act. I'm not buying it. The next time I call the police. No Solicitation means No Solicitation!

This company sent solicitors out to my house every day for a week straight. After confronting one of them and telling him I am not interested and to not come back, they sent out 2 new people to my house the very next day. I work from home and could not come to the door. After not answering, the sales reps then walked through my yard and one of them proceeded to pick unripe fruit off of a tree in my yard that I have been growing for years and am just now seeing the first signs of fruit on it. Lumio, formerly Atlantic Key Energy, sent a sales representative by the name of ********************* to my mother's house on 9/19/22 in an attempt to sell solar panels. ********************* up a contract with a ridiculous installation price of $42,473.24. Additionally, there is a 4-page contract withor multiple signatures and initials that are not my mother's handwriting. Instead, these were obviously placed on the contract with docusign or other e-signature software. My mother has a computer that she doesn't even know how... read more
